The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves it. He is a VP of a construction company and uses this to put his note books in. He likes it because it looks professional, fits in a relatively small backpack, can hold business cards, pens and it can hold loose paper. He also really likes that you can use the binder to hold lose filler paper instead of carrying around a heavy note book. Great value for the price! This protects his important notes and seems durable.

This is absolutely the nicest portfolio for the money I have found, either on the Internet, or in local stores. No, it isn't real leather (bonded, or otherwise), but I knew that going in. It also doesn't carry the price tag of real leather bags, which is a big plus. But it does seem to be good quality poly-eurathane (PU), which is becoming harder and harder to find. It comes in a very nice blue presentation box, wrapped in a cello bag. There is also a tissue paper cover for the notepad that is nothing short of thoughtful, luxury packaging. Honestly, at this price level, I would not have expected such beautiful presentation.I bought this item as a replacement for the very similar Avenues America portfolio that has served me faithfully for more than 15 years. Unfortunately, the finish on that one was apparently a black spray-on finish coat that just this year began to flake off on my hand while carrying it from car to office. In my professional position, picking those tiny black flakes off my hand before beginning my daily routine was not something I really wanted to do, particularly in the presence of co-workers.The PU cover is classy looking, to say the least. It has a grippy, matte finish, and feels sufficiently sturdy. Better yet, it has no offenseive chemical smell. Of course, only time will tell if it is acceptably durable. The gray contrast stitching is a nice styling touch, and its seam lines are straight, tight (with just a few loose ones) and uniform.There are plenty of pockets and compartments on the inside, including a stretchy phone holder (although it is too small for my Sony Xperia Z3v), a pen loop, and an accordian style divided document compartment that is thoughtfully secured by a velcro flap.The double pull tabs for the zipper add another touch of class and convenience. Having said that, the pulls are tiny and slick, and once the portfolio is fully open, they seem to bury themselves. That makes finding and gripping them a bit tedious at the end of the day when it's time to close it up and head for the house. Nevertheless, I manage. I do hope that the zipper doesn't fail early like many of the other portfolios offered by Amazon.The note pad included IS lined, unlike another portfolio I was considering that came with an unlined pad. That odd accessory totally mystified me, besides being completely impractical for my needs.Again, only time will tell. But for the price, this is an extremely nice portfolio. My old Avenues America bag is now destined for the garage sale pile.NOTE:The 2 out of 3 "unhelpful" ratings on this review absolutely confound me! If something you want to know is missing, or if you disagree with something I wrote, leave a comment for God's sake! Otherwise, I challenge you to write a better one!!

Love this! I bought it in black. Love the handle for carrying. Made with quality material and heavy duty! Will last a long time. Can store a lot of documents, pens, calculator, etc. This will definitely help me stay organized with work. Even the packaging was clean and you can tell the company cares for the product and consumer.

I purchased this portfolio because I needed to store copies of my resume and other documents in preparation for a career fair at my university. It performed fairly well, and the details are addressed below.Pros:The material, zippers, and elastic components are durable, and I haven’t noticed any wearing.The amount of pockets on this is great, and it allows you to store multiple documents in various spots for organization. There’s one pocket in particular on the outside that I found very useful for storing a single copy of my resume to hand out to each individual I talked to.It is comfortable to hold for an extended period of time.It looks professional.Cons:The exterior zipper frequently gets stuck when I try to open it casually. This makes it hard to open when the portfolio is in my hands, and I often found myself needing to sit down and place it on a solid surface to get it open.Some of the inner material of the folder compartments isn’t smooth (cloth-like). This causes resistance when I try to put papers in the portfolio.

Produce arrived well packaged in a nice box with a warranty card and high level information. Slightly heavier than my previous folio which finally kicked the bucket after 20 years of tender loving care. Also girthier - definitely has some padding in the material. Doesn't feel like leather, but looks nice. Have noticed the surface does get marks/smudges on it fairly easily so will keep an eye on that. Front pocket is functional and supportive. Inside on left there are a couple larger pockets for iPad or other tablet as well as note cards. Nice added feature is a felt pad to put against the screen (I assume this is part of the padding you feel overall). The larger inner pocket also has a folder divider to keep papers in two different sections. There is one zippered pocket as well as two small pockets for business cards (which really don't fit too many cards). There also appears to be a stretchy pocket for a phone if you want to keep your phone in the folio for some reason. Pen holder along the spine seems functional. Comes with a pad of lined letter-sized paper.Hoping this one lasts for the next 20 years - but time will tell. Haven't been fully able to determine durability nor sturdiness, but will update comments should anything warrant communication!

Multiple types of pockets, can be zipped up, good quality for the price. Phone holder is pretty tight w/larger phones/cases but does the job.

Se ve muy bien para el costo. El material se ve de buena calidad para ser cuero sintetico, bastante amplia para cosas de oficina, yo soy medico y funciona perfecto para mis necesidades. Tiene varios espacios para guardar documentos, afuera tambien tiene otro espacio. Me encantó.

Perfecta! Le he añadido un belcro y una pinza de hojas, y ahora es totalmente funcional. Quiero retomar la escritura, y combinar la efectividad del trabajo digital con los beneficios cognitivos de tomar notas a mano. Tiene muy buena apariencia, las costuras blancas le da cierta elegancia y pesa poco. Permite tenerlo todo a mano, una surface Pro 7 o una pro 8 13' sin funda protectora entra perfecta en el departamento. Incluso los dos ordenadores surface pro, uno en el departamento y el otro en la parte de las hojas.El único problema es que se mancha fácilmente con las huellas de los dedos, aunque tengas las manos limpias deja manchas. Pero es por el tipo de material. Para evitarlo debería ser de piel, y no me lo planteo. Se limpia el exterior y queda como nueva
