Work for what they are designed for. Best ones I've used.UPDATE: Just learned these were recalled in 2018 due to a "flaw" with them breaking and some parts getting "stuck" up in that area. Many times it was SO bad, the person had to seek medical attention. And, as of 2020, they were discontinued. The replacement? The CLICK version. I honestly dislike that one and have had FAR more issues with them. They are NOT "big gal" friendly.On that note, I NEVER had an issue with the SLEEK in the entire time I used them. I used them since they were introduced in 2012 until earlier in 2020 when I could no longer find them. These are not the only item discontinued by the company. The SECURITY were discontinued as well. Those were a family member and a friend's "go-to" tampon.

I love this product but can't find them in local stores any longer

I have super bad bleeding the first couple of days of my TOM. I have struggled and struggled to find a tampon that is comfortable for my body and has good absorbency. Then a friend gave me one of these tampons during an emergency and I couldn't believe it. The grip is amazing and application is sooo much more comfortable than all the others. Now, I'm not saying they're perfect, but for me they are the answer. Because I can't always get to the ladies' room when needed, I wear Kotex overnight pads as backup. The only time these products have failed me is when I waited to long to take care of business. I will use these until my uterus dries up or I get it removed.If Kimberly Clark is reading this, please don't stop making this product. At least until I'm through menopause! :)

These are the best applicators EVER! The soft squishy finger grip is awesomely grippy when things are slippery. The plastic is soft too and they do not pinch apon insertion. And they are so super easy to use. I just wish the actual tampon came in organic cotton, then they would be the best tampons ever.

Warning.. I'm gonna talk about my period and blood.. if you're reading reviews for tampons, you've probably dealt with that before so it shouldn't be upsetting.. XDI'm on blood thinners for a condition, and one of the side effects is heavy periods that flow like crazy, and for a long time. Like.. end of the world periods. The worst period youve had x10. Each bathroom visit is messy. My hands get bloody and gripping things becomes harder, such as gripping the tampon when inserting. I went looking for something different than my usual brand, and saw the improved grip on these. They work great. Absorbancy is good. The mess was less. I didnt have to change as awesome. I got a better grip, and a better tampon.

They only sold these at ny local Kamrt anf now that most closed down in my area I was lost without them!! Came on Amazon and woolah they were on here and are the best the grip tip makes it so much easier at work and on the go. I cant go back to another style of tampon this is perfect.

I always use plastic applicators and mostly compact style. I tend to pinch myself when removing the applicator and these are designed so you do not. I also have not had a leak

My favorite. Had these for years, tried other stuff and it made THAT time of the month worse cuz of application or discomfort. For some reason these kotex weren't in my normal shopping stores? Thank goodness for good ole Amazon!!! This product, easy, grip, smooth application. This is my forever product!

Obviously the best tampons on the market in my opinion. I've been using these for years and will never switch to another brand. The listing on amazon is also cheaper than my local grocery store most times.

Title says it all, they are tampons and they work. Also received mine the next day after purchasing so that was a nice surprise
