Some guessing required
Seems to work fine but the instructions involve explaining markings on the product that are not there.

Road noise
I would not recommend this product. All others are complaining about difficult instructions, it was not tough to put on. However, it makes a ton of noise when you're driving down the highway. It's so bad that I prefer to keep the interior moonroof cover closed to reduce the noise. I tried reversing them and everything but it's just loud. And it's a high-pitched whistle, too. Not something you can easily ignore. Now that I've learned the hard way, I'll be upgrading to a better product soon.

Installation tips
Installation Instructions supplied are almost useless. Revise like this:Step 1. using keys supplied removed end caps.step 2. slide rubber cross bar bumper pad about 4" towards one end, then loosen inner screw slightly and completely back out the outer screw until the bracket is loose on underside of riser piece. Slide rubber to opposite end and repeat for opposite end and do both crossbars. I recommend sliding rubber instead of pealing it out to keep it tight in slots.step 3. Install brackets into rails on car top so that the flat is on top and the "hooks" fit under the rail lips.step 4. set longer cross bar / riser assembly onto the front set of brackets (in the rails), making sure that the outer screw of each end aligns with the screw hole in the bracket. Push down slightly to "seat" the riser slots onto the rails, then tighten screws, both inner and outer. Repeat for shorter cross bar at rear. I believe that the tapered section of the cross bar should face the rear of the vehicle. (mine did not come with words "front" or "Rear".Step 5: center the rubber piece then install the locking caps.Step 6: Label the keys "Roof Rack" with some sort of label (i used ink on tape). I also drilled a hole in one key plastic end just big enough to force the hex wrench into it so that it's a press fit. Should keep the hex wrench with that key.

Solid 5 stars
Perfect fit for my 14 grand Cherokee Ltd. Simple install in about 15 minutes. The slightly longer bar goes in front. Also the smoother edge of crossbar faces rear.No wind noise either.

They do the job
Difficult to put on and take off.. just takes some time. They also whistle/roar while driving any faster than 50mph. They also bend really easy. My MIL forgot she had luggage on her roof and drove into her garage and therefore pushed the bag down on the rack and it bent. My husband bent it back straight with his hands… as the title says, they definitely get the job done and fit my 2014 jeep but could be better.

Things will fly off. Like the rubber strip
I’ve lost parts already. I put them I put them on top of my car so I could use them for my kayaks

Noisy
The instructions were not very clear and the rails make lots of noise going down the road.

100% does not fit a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited
We bought this in a jam for a camping trip. 100% did not fit our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited (older style, not the new style). The shoes did not line up and half the hardware was missing. The bolts that were actually provided were too long and if we followed the directions, they would have went through the roof.
