I enjoy the taste of this on my salad, baked potatoes and all my vegetables! It tastes better than black pepper to me.

We use this in just about everything where you might want pepper. It's anti-inflammatory and tastes really comparable, so hey, why not. I'm on my 4th bottle, though it lasts a good long while.

Opened the top and found the seal just sliding off. Not even stuck to the bottle.Tossed it out.

This is a very black spice so if you are trying for food that looks good, just beware of the color. It is slightly spicy and is really turmeric (cumin) which they use in some countries to make curry. I bought it because I know that black cumin seed is good for you, so I thought I'd try it out. It is "ok", no big deal. I don't think it is the most delicious spice in the world but neither does it illicit the gag reflex. I actually bought it because I needed a few more dollars to get super saver shipping and there it was.

Because I don't like the taste of black seed oil but the benefits are AMAZING, I take this ground version and put them into empty capsules and take two a day. You can find empty vegan caps here on Amazon. Amazing health benefits!!
