Yes. If you read the book, "Dirty Electricity" by Samuel Milham, MD, MPH, he discusses the use of these kinds of meters - his use of them in his research. That book is real eye-opener! I could hardly believe the amount of radiation/emf put out by my atomic clock that plugs into the wall. It was off the meter's scale. I got rid of it and bought a small battery operated atomic clock. The radiation from it hardly registers on the meter. I don't have a smart meter, but if I did, I'd sure be checking it out. I've read about how they're making people sick.
