I am a woman with a part time job at a pizza place. I loved the way these looked on line because I am vain like that. When I got them I was surprised by how well they fit. This was my third attempt to replace my wolverine safety shoes which they discontinued. These were surprisingly light and pretty comfortable. They are not completely water proof but they are water resistant. I was concerned when I first walked into the store that the soles were not going to be slip resistant but after wearing them for about an hour they proved me wrong when walking across spilled vegetable oil on a wet floor. I've had them for about three weeks wearing them five nights a week and they have proved to be light enough to walk around in all night delivering pizzas (up flights of stairs) as well as strong enough to protect my toes from heavy oven parts. They are not clunky and have remained pretty clean looking so far. the steel toe does not pinch or rub the wrong way against my toes, and after a year and a half of my wolverines doing that, my toes are very thankful. I would definitely recommend these to others.

Comfortable

The shoes were a good fit and protected my toes. The breathable design works and my feet do not sweat as much. The foam soles were good for wearing short term use, but they were not comfortable for the long term use. The foam soles made the plateau of my feet hurt after working 4 hours into my 8 hour shift. I had to get rid of them and use different soles to make the shoes comfortable. After replacing the soles, the shoes were perfect for the work I was doing and allowed me to have a breathable pair of work shoes.

My husband always uses them for work steele toe but lightweight.

I’ve had the shoes a few weeks, and they are comfortable and fit well. However, the soles are thin and I can feel rough floors and cracks in sidewalks. They remind me of walking in house shoes where you can feel the ground through the soles. These would be good for starting a new job when money is tight. But save up and get a good pair of safety shoes. Your feet will thank you when your older.

Got these for work (panel technician) so I’m on my feet all day, in one spot mostly. They arrived fast. Looked exactly like the picture and are very sturdy. Will be purchasing again.

it's been a while since I've worn these shoes, but they are very protective in the steel toe area, I have dropped things before on my feet and they have saved me a time or two. they take a little time to break in, but they are comfortable, the insides sometimes get worn out quickly, but that's because I am on my feet walking around every day. These shoes do work! It can endure water but not as long as you want, these are only compatible for protection and walking. They are quite snug when you try them for the first time, your feet don't slip out and it keeps you perfectly balanced.

Meet expectations! Very comfortable. Nice work shoe for the price. Just purchased, not sure of the wear and tear. But would recommend.
