This item is of great quality but was entirely too small for my 3 year old. My child is small and still wearing a lot of size 2T clothes so I though this would be a good hoop for her pageant dress. The hoop does fit her perfectly in the waist and is adjustable however, this hoop is more for an A line dress and does not make the dress poof up nearly as much as I expected. The size of this hoop is more suitable for a doll and that is what we will be using this hoop for instead.

Works perfect when adding that extra "poof" to any dress. Granddaughter was thrilled with how it made her dress look.

It did the job but it was too short, but it work.

I purchased a hoop skirt a few weeks ago and the hoops did not give the bell look at all, they were too weak to stand up. This skirt was absolutely perfect. It gave the puffed out volume look I was looking for. We will be using it for my grand daughters flower girl gown and as it is floor length and I had read the attached reviews I followed the suggestions to go up a size or two which I did and it was great advice. The skirt ended fitting as we wanted which was floor length and puffed out, perfection!! Also the waist string was the important to the piece as how I brought it a few sizes bigger for the length the waist fit didn’t matter with the string tie it held it in place.

A little shorter than I expected, as I purchased a size up. But my daughter loves it and is able to wear it with most of her dresses.
