The pen holder is well printed. The painted lines are smooth, not messy, and the astronaut and moon are well made. I love the craters on the moon. The piece is solid and heavy, so best to sit on a desk rather than a light weight shelf. My only disappointment is that the well the pens go in is only 2 1/2 inches deep so at least half of the pen is sticking out. That makes them a little unruly, but it's too cute not to use. I really like it.

I love the astronaut office supplies and have a couple of pieces on my desk. Super cute. Holds a good bit of pens or sharpies. I do wish the moon was about a half inch larger but that is just my opinion--there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Omg. This pencil/pen holder is absolutely adorable! I would consider it to be on the smaller side however that is about the only con(which in my opinion is not). It is heavy which is a plus because I don’t have to worry about it being knocked over easily. I bought this to give as a gift. My best friend is starting her first year of teaching and her theme will be outer space part as she puts together her room. I can’t wait to give her this! Ugh. You all NEEEEED this!

First off, I do like this, and don't regret buying it, fits perfect on the desk and is a hefty weight so you don't bump it around.That said, I kind of wish the astronaut was either more masculine or more kawaii. It somehow managed to pull off this somewhere-in-the-middle feminine look that seems makes me want to turn it to the back out of view. It isn't ugly per se, but the seriousness of the moon and this look just seem off-putting. It does a great job drawing my attention to it though.The moon is great, I love the texture and the craters. My only complaint about it is that while it would fit pens just fine, anything longer such as chopsticks and straws are kind of loosely held in at the point of falling out with a slight breeze or bump.I'd rate it about a 7/10, it is a solid piece for any space lover, and maybe it is just me who thinks that about the astronaut. Also the astronaut doesn't have a mission patch, unforgivable! (/sarcasm)

Cute little pen holder for a want to be astronaut. It has a good weight to it and won’t take up too much room on the desk.
