I used this for years and always come back.
Not only does this product relieve the cramp and back pains or any other pains you might have. I find this helps with bloating and that overall very depressing feeling you have when it's that time of the month lol. These do really go beyond just pain relief and I constantly find myself coming back for that same reason.

God sent, just know you'll run to the bathroom
Is there really anything to say about this other than it is HEAVEN SENT! During that time of month and I question why I was punished with being a women..I pop 2 of these guys and suddenly life isn't so bad.They will make you have a watered bowel movement (caffeine) so don't take it up in the woods or around a hot date haha. Overall, this product DOES WORK. I LOVE IT! None addicting.. just a fix to that horrible painful us women get called CRAMPS! ARGH!

Works Great for Migraines Too!
I take this for migraines in addition to PMS. It works fantastic!I was actually reminded about the product by a coworker that takes it for everything from back pain to headaches and she swears by it. Then, I remembered that was what the women in my family always took for migraines when I was a teen.I think it's that little touch of caffeine that enhances the acetaminophen.

I use this for PMS and it works well. it really hits the points during PMS like water bloating/retention, cramps, irritability, tired. I have tried all of the PMS medicines and I find that this one works the best for me. Started with pampron at age 12 and now with Midol in her 40's.

Cheaper options non name brand
Midol is great for period relief. However the non brand names at bigger stores work just as well for half the cost.
