Wonderful toothpaste, especially for canker soars and other issues!
First off, I have to say, I've only used this for a day. But I'm already considering ordering a case. I always get canker sores, when one goes away another one always pops up the same day somewhere else! I've had one that's been killing me lately and just won't seem to go away, which prompted me yet again to try to figure out what causes these darn things. Which led me to discover the woes of SLS toothpaste. Grrr!! I've long suspected my toothpaste in causing and exaserbating them, but finally I had a specific cause and knew that going down to target and picking up a different toothpaste off the shelf wasn't going to change anything (SLS is in *everything*! Even many natural toothpastes such as Toms.) I've also long suspected toothpaste of irritating the back of my throat and causing sore throats, even triggering getting sick sometimes from it.So I came on here, did a search for SLS Free Toothpaste, saw squigle come up toward the top with stellar reviews and noticed the seller is DermStore, which just so happens to be in my town! So I drove down and picked up a tube, tried it last night, woke up this morning and my canker sore, while still there, is smaller and definitely not nearly as painful. Brushing this morning was not very painful - before, during, or after. I could kiss my wife this morning without problem. Now I'm sitting here noticing how nice and clean my mouth feels. The taste is pleasant and mild, it's smooth, it doesn't foam up a TON and choke me while I'm brushing, and my mouth doesn't feel as dry and crusty this morning when I woke up. Honestly, even if you don't suffer from canker sores, this toothpaste is worth the price, it's just so much more pleasant - I'll almost certainly have better oral health now if alone for the fact that I won't abhor the process of brushing as much and won't be so set on just getting it over with as quickly as possible. If you do suffer from canker sores - you shouldn't even be second guessing the price; buy some now and try it out at least, I seriously doubt you'll go back lol

No more canker sores!!! Buy this and change your entire life!! Yes, it's that awesome!!
Who knew...A toothpaste that controls canker sores!!! I was really skeptical but desperate. I took a chance and it has changed my life 100%. Anyone who has had even one canker sore knows it controls your entire life. All the at home treatments/remedies do not work. THIS DOES!This is a really large tube of toothpaste that lasts a long time. It has a fresh, minty smell and taste. The paste, itself, is a little on the more liquid side but it does not run off your toothbrush. It stays put. Unlike other toothpastes, it does not sit on top of the bristles...it gets down in them which I find to be a great aspect. That way it doesn't fall off the toothbrush, in your mouth, but rather stays in the toothbrush bristles so it all gets used not wasted. If you have even one canker sore and are looking for a life changing cure just by doing what you do anyway...brushing your teeth...this is the product for you!!! My life prior to this was pure torture!! Now I am canker sore free all the time and have a fresh, clean mouth!!Buy this...you won't have one regret!!

Best toothpaste!
I have gone through SO many tooth pastes. If it doesn't give me sores, it hurts my gums. I would be so careful about ingredients but it seemed like I would always miss something and have my mouth be in pain again.I took a chance with Squigle. I wasn't expecting much. But I am happy to share that regardless of what I eat/drink, my mouth is fine! I haven't had pain in my mouth since I started and I'm on my second tube. I am not diagnosed but I am working with rheumatologists to see if I have an autoimmune disease - some give mouth sores. But again, I haven't had one since I started with this toothpaste.I wish the tubes were a bit bigger but just throw it on a subscription and you'll always have it when you need it.I hope nothing ever happens to this tooth paste because I will never stop using it.

Better than major brands
Update: Considering how intelligently the ingredients for this toothpaste are selected, I wanted to give it another try. A nutritionist friend told me that I should try taking n-acetyl glucosamine (NAG) which should help improve my oral mucosa. Two weeks after I started NAG, I started using Squigle again. I quickly got two minor sores, but they went away after a week and I haven't not seen any sores since (I've been using Squigle for a month now). Now that I can use it, I like this toothpaste---I feel that it doesn't dry-out my mouth like other toothpastes do, and I like the fact that the surfactant, Poloxamer, is much less irritating to gums than other surfactants like SLS.I'm sorry for the negative tone in my previous review, but I hope you can understand how disappointed I was after reading so many "I'm cured" reviews, and finding that the product didn't perform as advertised.Previous review:I wish I could give this negative stars! This product explicitly advertises that it helps avoid canker sores and is free of irritating ingredients. In fact, it *creates* canker sores (in people with sensitive skin like me, like most toothpastes which contain sodium lauryl sulfate, an irritant). I do not get canker sores when I use Trader Joe's peppermint toothpaste. I thought I'd try Squigle because it also advertises that it helps fight gum disease---I have receding gums. After two weeks of using Squigle, I've developed two canker sores. I suspect this is due to the poloxamer ingredient which seems to be detergent-like---it is a combination of hydrophobic and hydrophilic chemical chains (soap and detergents have similar structure---they work by bonding both to water and fats). So disappointed...
