No regrets, durable and sharp.
All my papers fit in this large sized briefcase. The roomy design and pockets add to my organizational skills. With a built in lock as a security feature, don't worry when traveling. Decent value and seems high-end.

Fantastic in every way
For the price this is the perfect briefcase. WELL MADE, not a cheapie flimsy thing, looks nice and has quality build inside and out. You won't find a better briefcase for this kind of money, it looks like it should cost twice this price.

Good product.
I purchased this for personal use for weapons and valuable items. Here's what I thought of it:LOCK COMBINATIONWorks well and is very easy to setup, it only took me once to set the lock code properly. The quality of the combination dials is cheap, but it works. Having two sets of combinations, one per lock(one on the left and one on the right), will make it impossible to get into it trying to figure out the code.WORKMANSHIPI think this item is very well made and solid. I mean for $35 bucks the quality is well worth the price! The inside has compartments to hold items in and is true to the dimensions listed in the product info. It is roomy enough to store a lot of things as well.OVERALLFor the price you cant beat it!! The case is nice and solid. Even though its not metal, the wood is hard and will hold up. There is no way a child would be able to break into this unless they put fire to it or they used very very brute force to pry it open. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to not spend a ton of money but wants something that will work well and is solid.ID give it 4.5/5

See above
I have bought and owned a different Briefcase for many years. Please design the numbers dial as the numbers are difficult to read and see.By far that is the most beautiful one I have owned

For the love of Pete save your money!
I'm sorry to say this item did not last more than 4 months before one of the latches broke. Two months later the seam on the backside came undone and now you can see into the briefcase. Here is my situation. I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He works in an office. A boring, humdrum cubicle. He drives to work with it tucked nicely in the front seat beside him and then he carries it into his office where he sets it down on his desk. This is where it sits all day. Lets face it this briefcase has a cushier ride than most kids on the school bus! Do you see what I'm trying to get at here? He isn't working on a construction site holding it over his head for protection because he forgot his hard hat. He isn't a government agent with top secret documents jumping out of helicopters being chased by our countries enemies, as if that case would come from Amazon......or maybe it would. I've never looked for a top secret agent briefcase but they do sell an amazing amount of everything on here. He isn't doing back alley deals for the mob or other crime organizations. It hasn't sat on the hood of his car in the early morning hours stuffed with drugs while he and Vinny hash out , price, pick~up and drop~off and then Vinny decides to pull a gun and attempts to take the case but then my hubby uses the briefcase to whack the gun out of Vinny's hand. Clearly, I have watched too many movies/TV.Moral of the story kids is don't waste your money on this. Do what I should've done in the first place and bought a quality one that will last. Unless you are a rebel and you don't like to be told what to do. Then by all means have at it. Word of advice though. Buy 2 or 3 so you have backup for when they break and fall apart within a few months. Maybe try not even using them they will last a bit longer.....possibly.Now I'm going to go and get rid of ours. Maybe a wood chipper? Or I could chuck it into traffic and wait for a Semi~truck to drive over it . That would be fun to watch.

A great beginner briefcase
I've been using this briefcase for a year, and all around I've definitely gotten my money's worth from it.Last year I was promoted, and with the job change I decided to purchase a briefcase, to help better keep my professional life organized. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, as I hadn't used one previously (so if I didn't end up needing one I wouldn't have wasted a lot of money). So I found myself ordering this one.For what you pay for it, it's actually a really decent briefcase. Obviously this is not a higher-end, top of the line model, but for it's purpose it does a really good job.Pros:The material holds up to wear and tear fairly well. The bottom of the briefcase includes little "feet" that keep it from being set down directly on the ground/floor.The combination lock is easy to set and reset. The "hold open" mechanism seems to work fine for me (although a few other reviewers mentioned it gave them problems). There's ample space inside for storage! (Presently I'm storing my company laptop, personal tablet, a thicker leather padfolio, two pens, a phone charger, check book and business card holder).Cons:The corners do tend to show damage more easily than the flat surfaces do.The locks can feel "stuck" from time to time (usually you just need to check the combination, sometimes latching the lock moves the dial-simple fix).Internal pouch feels like cardboard wrapped in fabric (it holds up just fine, I've been storing my laptop in this sleeve-it just has a cheap feel to it)In conclusion; if you are looking for a decent beginner briefcase, this definitely will serve it's purpose! If you've used briefcases in the past and are looking for an upgrade- this will most likely disappoint. All in all a decent product for someone settling into their first office job!
