This thing is magic. It’s high quality and works excellently. With lug bolts on my Mercedes, this is the fastest way to put your tire on.I like the knurled end. It makes installation and removal a snap. Be careful not to scratch your wheel though.This stainless steel rod is much more durable than the factory aluminum one. I highly recommend replacing it. It’s worth the money - especially if you have to use it in an emergency.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had just replaced 2 tires on a MINI cooper without this tool. Never again, A warning for 2006 MINI the lug bolts apparently changed during that year so I had to return it and reorder the M14-1.50Value for money:My Previous VW came with this in plastic and it work but rigid metal really helps.

I had no idea this kind of product existed, and I honestly can't believe any vehicle manufacturer using wheel bolts doesn't include one in the spare-tire kit. Or even as an upcharge!? I got really good at doing my seasonal tire changes without it, but it's ridiculous how much easier the work is with this. For the price, but 2 and keep one in the glove box and one in the tool chest!
