I have used it a few times now and have a general idea for it.Umbrella CaseIt does the job of holding the water when you put the umbrella in and leaving you dry. However, the entry of the case is a bit too narrow. Sometimes you need some effort to put the umbrella in, especially if you are in a hurry.HandleI would not call it very comfortable. It is a small factor handle which are never perfect, but I have had handles which felt a lot better on the same size umbrella.The material of the handle is also very easy to scratch. Just after a few uses, I have enough of them to make it looks quite shabby.The MechanismThis is the loadest unbrella I have ever had. The force of the pullout is really strong and you would thing it would help to make the whoel thing strong as well, but that is far from truth. It becomes shaky to hold, especially the connection between the handle and the metal frame.The worst thing about it is actually folding the umbrella up. WHY would I have to touch the top part of the umbrella to fold it? It's wet after the use. If you try to fold it using the handle on the metal frame, you just don't have the strength and space to do it. Why to even put the handle there at that point as it serves no purpose in the end.I have not used it in the wind yet, but I don't have high hopes for it due to the other issues.Find something better than this. You will be more happy about the purchase.

Hi,It has to be stated that under extreme weather conditions NO umbrella will last indefinitely as parts will flex with stress and fail. This product is quite heavy and a nice piece of kit and the cover is also useful to protect the product. The brolley itself provides a significant area Of protection against wet/windy conditions. This products also dries out very quickly a good practical advantage over other umbrellas. It's performance with regard to automatic operation also spells out a nice smooth action. This umbrella comes with a warranty, weather normal wear and tear is covered and what is excluded or included I am not sure. This is a quality product, but as stated right at the beginning of this review, nothing is indestructible!!! I like this umbrella !

Lovely but, Both the umbrellas I bought have seen little use mine only 4 times. It closes alright untill you push it in to make ithe final click so as it is the shortest size and fits in its sleeve. Obviouly spring is stong but the clip is plastic. So it is about an inch longer when closed. Not too much of a problem mine does not fit so well in my drawer at work. It failed while stored and crushed my cardboard packet of tea. Only noticed when I brought a new packet to put in the draw.

I can open the umbrella with the touch of the button and it shoots out fast which makes it wobble a bit in my hand. I find I need to use both hands to close it which means I get rained on when I need to close it to go indoors or inside shops. It has turned inside out in the wind so not really wind proof against a strong gust of wind. I wouldn’t buy again. It’s my least favourite umbrella.

Very well made umbrella although it isn’t as lightweight as I imagined.

This umbrella is five star for all the qualities above. However, there is no sign of any wood or leather, as advertised, anywhere. Doesn’t matter a bit but why advertise it?

Rain proof, tick...Breeze proof, tick....Wind proof, no tick...Gust proof, you must be joking....This blew inside out with only a slight wind, it did turn back correctly fairly easy though.

The umbrella is well made. It has a good strong spring. Consequently closing it requires a bit of effort but it opens swiftly and easily. The cover is OK, although not particularly smart. Overall, I think this is a good deal.
