Bought this Timing Chain Kit (2 Heavy Duty Metal Guide Rails & Bolts), Water Pump, Oil Pump for a Toyota 2.4L P / 22RE. This kit saved me money since I was replacing my timing chain I might as well replace the water pump and oil pump. This kit had all those Items and it was cheaper then trying to buy the parts individually.

I had an original timing chain guide fail so it was time to change it out so might as well do everything at once. This kit came with everything needed to get the job done. Everything fit perfect and no leaks.

This set is above average quality, and the price is great. But be prepared to use your old passenger side guide. The shape of theirs is too curved which makes the chain too tight and can cause breakage, bent valve stems, engine failure, etc. It's an easy fix, just re-use that one guide.

This is junk bought it for my 1993 Toyota pickup got the motor put back together and fought with the timing chain forever trying to get it on the cam. Finally got it on and it’s way too tight. I can barely turn the motor over with a racket and socket with the plugs out.

Every bit as good as any kit I have ever gotten for a 22re....also it comes with the metal guides so that's a huge plus....

89’ Toyota Pickup 2.4L , working good so far! We will see if it holds up but seems as if it will.

Quality parts and a great value. Plus it comes with the steel guides vs. Cheap plastic.

Purchased for 1985 Toyota Hilux 22Re. All items fair quality. Gaskets a bit thin/brittle slight coat of silicone on both motor and cover helps cushion that. Single row timing chain and gears. Not bad, installed 2 weeks ago no road miles yet, no leaks. Only idling time for adjustments.
