Fits with some Work
Had to trim plastic edge a bit to get a good fit. Don't use the sticky strips, get some silicone and do it properly.

Buy this!
Some loser in Lowe's parking lot walked up to my 2002 Trailblazer and ripped out my driver's side mirror. Thankfully only the glass mirror. Violated, I thought it would be $100 to fix. No! Only $10 and this mirror came the next day. This was one of those super pleasant surprises. For $10, I fixed the whole problem in about 15 minutes.Side note. The stolen mirror had 2 wires for heating...this replacement doesn't, but it's ok cuz it fit perfectly. 2 months and counting.

Always take the time to read a review.
So I read a few reviews about this product and similar model replacement glass 'fit systems'.....but still goofed. The glass is never going to be exactly the same shape as the cut out in the black plastic molding.....it's part of Murphy's Law (and I'm working on patenting the soon to be 'Matthew's Law'. I didn't perform a 'dry' run pre-fit and of course discovered that the glass would not sit perfectly in the plastic frame after it was all double sided taped up (I did use extra like everyone had mentioned). I couldn't not have it sit perfect and so with some forcing I managed to crack the glass right down the middle.Another trip to a local auto parts store proved to be fruitful that time around (most local places didn't have this model glass which is why I order thru Amazon). So about $14 at a local Pep Boys (the only one they had in stock behind the counter) I had another shot. I took a razor blade and scraped the inner lip of the plastic frame/glass housing until the opening was correct for the new glass. You need to do this step if you've successfully removed the old glass (and in my case the first replacement glass which cracked). Now that it's in....you can't tell the difference. Please read the reviews! Most of the time they don't lie. Learn from someone else's mistake. Never expect an off the shelf product to be a perfect fit without a little tweaking!!!!
