The quality is good but doesn't last long with an aggressive chewer
I got these hoping to slow our 8 month old Pit bull mix down when she chews on her treats. She annihilated it within 15 minutes. To me that is not worth the money when there are only two in a pack. She definitely loved them but I just wish they would have lasted longer.

Kong ‘Fun Run’, maybe, but not a marathon
My beagle, admittedly a determined chewer, destroyed this in under 5 minutes, defiantly not a ‘marathon’ as it didn’t go the distance. She enjoyed the heck out of it but it was super expensive for the length of time it lasted.

Shortest marathon
In comparing a marathon of 26.2 miles to a 5k of 3.1 miles, I’d say this treat doesn’t live up to its name. Perhaps a half marathon of 13.1 miles is more appropriate. My pup does enjoy this treat and it does take longer for him to work through just handing him a biscuit or two, but it’s not something that keeps him entertained for hours. I enjoy that it smells like peanut butter instead of fake chicken like some competitors and it does keep him entertained for a good 20 or 30 minutes if I’m lucky.

Not worth the $$. Had to remove from Kong & break into pieces
Maybe my puppy isn’t old enough but he’s eaten bigger treats…don’t know what the cost per ounce was but must be a lot for just 2 pieces per pkg. The round part is a smooth & very hard “shell” (mostly hollow inside w/solid piece in middle that fits into the Kong). My almost 4 month old puppy has razor sharp baby teeth & has fit larger toys in his mouth but he could only lick this. When I removed it from the Kong, the top broke off which he still couldn’t eat so I broke it into pieces…took about 30 minutes total for him to work on the pieces and me about as long to figure out how to get the insert part out of the Kong. Even then maybe it was too hard for my puppy to eat (hard to believe as he’s already destroyed a couple of larger toys…even with his sharp teeth and his adult teeth should be coming in in the n3xt month or so) …he just left the thicker “stem” on the kitchen floor.

Yummy treat
My boys loved these. However beings both are heavy chewers they did not last long at all.
