The premium for the blue tooth version does not seem worth it. No ability to tune the chip only some historical and real time data. May send back and get the regular version at $100 plus less.

I'm sure this device works well with older model Bosch motors , but if you're riding 2020 or above Gen4 bike it could cause you problems. Newer model Bosch motors come with anti-tuning software that activates after a couple hundred miles of use. It will send your bike into limp mode shutting down your motor. The only way to reset your bike is to ride it for 90 minutes on pedal only mode. Bosch said on the website they put this software in the system to protect you from hurting yourself. I contacted Speed Box. They told me if you let the bike shut down on its own the motor won't detect it. Sounds good but what it turn your bike off on accident or your battery dies. You get three strikes from Bosch. If you exceed 3 limp mode shut down your bike motor becomes useless. So if you have a Gen3 or older maybe you can take the chance with this device.
