Been using this for about a week and I can really feel a difference in my energy levels. They are easy to swallow, They don’t smell too great but just swallow them and don’t sniff them and you will be fine. I am 50 and I also take Estroven and this vitamin has really helped me.

Well I can surely say it helps with hair, nails and skin. It does have iron so it helps with fatigue. Doesn't upset the stomach which I love most. Doesn't have a taste just swallow like a pill.

Made all the difference. Switched from the regular multivitamin to the ultra strength and I immediately felt the difference. These have iron in them the gummies do not. Not a lot but enough for me to feel the difference between them. I literally have energy all day with these.

This is my second bottle, they really do work! I’ve already noticed a difference in my hair it’s grew a little and much thicker! I had been dealing with hair loss from stress and this has helped me! The taste is not great!! I try and eat something smell after to cut the after taste but it’s not to to bad, they do not hurt my stomach at all! I’ve had no issues, easy to swallow, I take 2 a day I usually take mine at night bc I just can’t do the taste that early in the morning lol but I do recommend them over all!!

The pills smell quite strongly, you will smell them the second you open the lid even slightly. However when it is shut its fine.The case sucks. It is nearly impossible to use the lid, more than half the time instead of just the lid popping off, the entire top half of the casing pops off. The top half just slides into place, it's not screwed on or anything and there isn't even a lip to actually securely hold the top on. So if you have dexterity issues, or don't have strong hands, you may as well ignore the lid completely and just pull the entire cap off every day in order to take your vitamins.I give it a 3 simply because it goes down very easily, and isn't too harsh where you get a stomach ache when you're rushing and take these without eating before hand. Keep in mind they have a taste and do NOT contain magnesium in any form.
