Bought e batteries back in march 2022, charged 4.5times and used with a variety of Makita saws2 have failed now with 00% and failing to rechargeWould like replacements but can’t find anyway to contact supplierVery very dissapointed

i only use these to charge my phone with a makita adapter wouldnt waste the money if youre looking for heavy duty power tools tried to use them in a impact wrench and they never do the bolt upright as a scaffolder this is useless only use a a phone charger or a a site radio also you can take them on planes as they are just under the kw useage so good for travelling abroad ie backpacking

These are half the price of genuine Makita batteries and half as good. After 5 charges 1 battery stopped charging and the other works but doesn't have the capacity of the genuine Makita equivalent.I think the non charging battery would be easily fixed but I cannot find a way to contact the seller to request a new case or connector. Unless I receive a useful response to this review I will purchase a different aftermarket battery next time.

I am happy with these batteries, but you get what you pay for. They have only approx. half the ooph compared with original Makita batteries.I switched my Makita multitool to 'on' let it idle, first with a 4Ah Makita battery that I bought in 2015 (surprised that with only occasional use it still going) which ran 37 minutes before it stopped. And then I did the same with these generic batteries and they ran only for 24 minutes.Makita was only 4Ah, so add 25% run time when comparing to a 5Ah battery gives an equivalent run time of 46 min versus 24 min from the generic battery.I am still happy with the product because it cost only a fraction of the branded version, but do not deceive yourself into thinking that the copy is as good as the original. There is no free lunch.

Had one battery fail (out of 2 bought), and the company were very helpful and replaced this item. the other battery also packed in, and I'm finding it difficult to get a response from them re a 2nd replacement. By the way these are supposed to be guaranteed for 5 yearsPlease can you reply?

I bought a major set of Makita 18 V LXT 600 series tools in 2009. Lovely tools to use however I am not impressed by how quickly makita chose to change the battery socket in the new batteries so the new Makita batteries will no longer work in these perfectly serviceable older tools.I am a demanding hobbyist but I don't use them every day and they are not worn out and I'm not willing to buy new tools just because the new Makita batteries do not fit.Picture of two batteries on left are the Waitley ones that fit, Picture of one battery on the right is a different brand that does not fit but is not clearly described on Amazon.These Waitley 18V Makita replacement batteries sold by Quper fit in both my older Makita 18 V LXT 600 series tools and the newer makita 18 V tools. The fit is slightly tight however with a little WD-40 it works perfectly. The way to tell which ones will fit the older LXT 600 tools is the cut out on the left side facing the yellow tongue is cut down its whole length rather than having a shoulder up halfway along see photosThese batteries seem to be just as good as the Makita original and cost half the price and they also fit both old and new tools.

I bought pair of these to power my Makita cordless lawnmower. We're getting about an hour on mixed grass sizes, which is way beyond expectation. They also charge really quickly with a non-Makita double-charger, so delighted with the package.
