Tea helps me go to sleep. Take it like an hour to hour and half before bwld cause you will start to feel it. Taste is not bad, adding honey helps. Love Republic of Tea, they have so many quality products.

I love this tea. It tastes good. My son and I love drinking this tea before bed time . It helps me fall asleep faster at night.

I started drinking this tea over a decade ago when I was having major problems falling asleep and it was the solution I was looking for. I was not having sleep problems for years but recently perimenopause brought back the sleeping issues. Good thing I remembered this tea. Falling asleep much better again. I'm not 100% because I still wake up at 3am every night for no reason at all but it is better than laying there for hours trying to fall asleep.

I love hot tea! I make a cup every night. This tea taste good and helps me to relax for the night and get plenty of zzzzz...and a great value for the cost.

...tea. I have other things I do to help me fall asleep, and stay asleep, this is just one of the things I do. The dry teabags are slightly stinky, but that completely dissipates once it's been steeped in the hot water and it's just a nice tea to have before bed.
