First let me say that I love this screen protector. After this you will never want to use a plastic one. The bad though; when I first put it on and before it was totally sealed down I thought that I could get it a bit straighter and got the brilliant idea to pull it up and give it another go... well that was for me a mistake as when I picked at the top part to get it to peel up it slivered by the sensors. I am still able to use it but I now have a blemish on my brand new phone, and at 25 bucks a pop I cant justify myself buying a new one when this one just has the small defect. Anyway that's my warning to you all...I'm not saying they cant be peeled back up but to do so requires extreme caution. Back to the good. Outside of my small crack it went on without leaving a single bubble, and feels smoothly wonderful to the touch and is very smudge resistant...don't let my experience keep you from trying one of these just please heed my warning. I will recommend this to anyone who needs a good screen protector.

I have read a lot of reviews in regards to tempered glass screen protectors. I like the feel of the bare glass when texting, etc. so I figured I would give one a try. First off, the one I received shipped with lint between the glass at plastic protective covering. I'm quite OCD in regards to my devices, and this drove me nuts already. It was really easy to install, if you've ever applied a standard screen protector- the only thing to keep in mind is to not flex it at an aggressive angle- it's glass. Lint aside, I applied it to my Galazy S4 and it looked and felt great. Then when I went to put my phone back into my Incase Slider case... it would not fit as easily as usual. It did add a little "girth" to the phone but once it was in, it raised the corners of the glass screen protector; again... driving me nuts. I also tried my wife's soft silicone case for the S4 and it did the same thing.I emailed iLoome for s***s and giggles to advise them I received a lint ridden screen sheild and was told a) I would be able to buy a new one at like 10% off, or b) I could try and clean it in a very clean environment; they recommened I run a hot shower and do it in the bathroom. I tried option B, and when I gently went to remove- the glass broke. Oh well.... I may explore another brand, and a very very thin thickness so it works with the case I like. But yeah, iLoome was not much help other than a "eh, it happens.."

To anyone that reads the negative reviews and decides to not purchase based on those reviews, you are making a mistake. This is an awesome product.1. I have read that the finger prints are terrible with this protector. Only if you just ate something greasy and touched the screen.2. The finish on this is excellent the only way I notice finger prints is when the screen is off. They are hardly noticeable then. It is a super easy to install. It does take a small amount of coordination to line up things. Any failure there is purely operator error and not a valid reason to rate low.3. It has no effect on the viewing of the screen and response is perfect. My S4 is super touchy and with the protector on it is just as touchy.The only negative thing was that the black home button had a large scratch on it and the paint had flaked off. I e-mailed iloome about this issue and within minutes of sending I had a reply back. They are sending me a new set of buttons and a premium aluminum button.Overall extremely happy with this product. Great customer support!

I have a habit of dropping my phone A Lot! I tried an otterbox but when you drop it on the corner of the table and it hits the screen or you drop it on the floor and your puppy takes off with it the screen is completely unprotected. When I saw a YouTube video of people hitting there phones with hammers just to show the strength I was amazed. So I got it and put an ultra thin case on my phone I had the screen for about 3 months. I dropped it about 10 thousand times and never cracked. My son through my phone at Walmart, it bound off a shelf and then hit the cart amazingly the only crack was right under the home button! Of course once its cracked it loses its strength and then it seems like every little thing makes it crack even more. I will definitely be getting another one! !!!

I was excited to receive this "must have" screen protector, which was highly rated by other reviewer. I think the quality of the product and packaging were great, but that's where the positives stopped for me.I have been installing protective screens for many years, so I understand how to prep and install. After reading the instructions, I attempted to install, but there were several bubbles that wouldn't go away. I contacted iloome's customer service and they said that I have dirt/dust on the screen, which is why I had the bubbles. I told them that I had left the original wrapping on my phone before installing, so how could I have dust? I felt that they didn't want to stand by their product, so that is where I had the biggest problem with this transaction. Amazon was great, they intervened and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.Buyer, I think iloome has a good product, but make sure you buy through Amazon, otherwise you are out of luck going to them directly to resolve an issue.

Just got this iLoome ScreenMate tempered glass screen protector in the mail today for my S4. It was very easy to install and had some air bubbles at first but I pressed the screen to the edges like it said and they all cleared up! This screen protector is great and is crystal clear and so smooth that it can't even be felt! It even fits in my Otter Box Commuter case without any issue at all. Here's to hoping it holds up as good as it looks and I would surely recommend this to anyone looking for a sturdy screen protector for their phones! Hoping it keeps my new Galaxy S4 scratch free for sometime, will buy a 2nd one for my wife's phone as well!
