I have been taking this Vit.B12 to boost my energy and help to circulate my blood system. I feel good quickly with more energy each time I start feeling tired and aching muscle pain. I have had chronic pain on my left hand and shoulder.. It seems help to relieve my pain as well. Best part is this tablet is likely sweet with grape flavor.. Very easy to absorb under your tongue. High B12 dose at an affordable price.
My doctor recommended me to take a B12 or B complex supplement. I decided to buy this B-12 because of its high dosage, is easy to take and inexpensive. It has a pleasant taste.
