The infrared lamp is powerful. I put it at a distance of about 50-60cm away and turn it on for 15mins. The warm feeling on my feet feels great and i can feel the pores of my skin opening up.It has the effect of improving blood circulation.

Hoping to use this to help ease the pain in my back. I ordered it for same-day delivery. It arrived and it will not even turn on. It’s not my outlet, it’s a faulty product so unfortunately it is being returned..

Unlike some who use this for sore/aching muscles, I use this on my face. I generally microneedle with a serum, then sit in front of this with the provided eye protection for 15 minutes. I really don’t know how this works on a cellular level, but with routine use, my skin is more plump, firm and supple.

I had been using this almost daily for about a month. Bought this mainly to try on pain associated with nerve root compression in the sacrum. Also for old soft tissue/tendonitis of my shoulder from a fall. Third of all, I am trying it on arthritis in my knee. It definitely helps with muscle tightness and knots. I find it almost instantly relieves it. Honestly better than getting a professional massage or accupunture and without the added costs and time. I appreciate that I do not have to wrap anything on my body or put something on it that can put pressure of painful areas. Ice packs or heating pads are so much more time consuming, irritating to the skin and hardly do anything. I find it really helps with my knee and shoulder. This has been more helpful than a Tens machine as well. The pinched nerve root issue is much more of a severe condition and haven't seen a ton of difference there but a little it better than none. Such a hassle free way to treat soft tissue pain.

purchased the Beurer IL51 2 days ago for my hubby who was experiencing knee pain and could hardly walk. Today is his third time to use the unit and it really showed significant improvement . He can now bend his knee with very slight pain. He will continue to use it at least once a day until fully healed. Will indeed recommend it to others. I find the unit very convenient to use as you can target the area with its swivel feature.

I haven’t made extended use of this unit so far, since I didn’t want to interfere with any test I was about to have. Saying so, I did use it now and then and have been quite impressed how 15 minutes of use can already have a positive impact. In the first few times, I had to take it slow (probably about five minutes exposure to the light) as I felt a sudden dizziness, but that could be just me because of the numerous issues I have. I am focussing on the shoulders for now, where I have excruciating pain. Within minutes the taut muscles (including the neck) start to relax enabling blood flow down the arm. No regrets to have given it a try. Will slowly increase it to daily use.

After a fair bit of research, chose this product; highly regarded and versatile. The specs are very good for home use and the cost. I have just rec’d it and will test it immediately on joints. Am very impressed with customer service and shipping & will update after we’ve used it.

Don't like the base, top heavy, cat runs by it, it falls forward. Now we put stuff around it. Using it for healing energy right into the cells. I am sure his health has improved using this. Lots of muscle issues from his MS and we use home made cannabis cream with magnesium oil while using the light on his legs for 2 fifteen minute runs. Also great on his back. We add that to his regimen and he has a better day.
