Easy to use and useful.
I have used this type of push light for many years for camping and power outages. And was glad to find that they are still available as I show my family how to navigate a power outage. It provides soft light so is not blinding and is easy to find and turn on when in the dark. I think of it as a low-powered flashlight that is easy to click on with one hand allowing me to then find my way around a familiar space or get my hands on a much brighter light. Young children can easily find it and turn it on. It is not bright enough for task lighting in my opinion, nor do I expect it to remain on for hours at a time. Keep one on the bedside table or sitting next to you to quickly push on if power outages are imminent or you are camping. Keep one on the floor to tap on with your foot.

Exactly what we needed!
There is no light in our bedroom closet and for right now we just are using our overhead light to see in it. We thought we would give this a try and thankfully had batteries on hand but it took us about 30 seconds to set up and put it up in the closet! We liked that it gave us the option to screw it into the wall or to put velcro on the back and ultimately went with the velcro--overall we will be buying more in the future for other small areas around our home!

Handy lights, battery compartment doors are iffy
I like the brightness - you won't be reading fine print, or any print for that matter, with the light from these. They aren't intended for that. We use them at our off-grid property. One of them provides enought light to see what's in a pantry or closet. Two of them, hung at opposite ends of a 12x16 dining area, give everyone enough light to eat dinner, and be able to tell if it's white wine or red. That's all we ask. I'd guess that each light gives you about as much light as three good candles. We put four new AAs in each light when we got them in mid-August, and they were all still going strong when we closed up the place in early November. During that 11-week period, we spent four-to-five weeks over there - I'd say that's very good endurance, both for the lights and the batteries (copper tops). The tap-on, tap-off feature works well on all four lights, no issues. The only complaint I have is that each light has four separate compartments for one AA battery each, Some of the plastic compartment covers didn't close securely, so the batteries might have fallen out. I heated the latch-mechanisms that were weak, and pried them open a bit before the plastic hardened - that fixed the problem. We didn't test the self-stick pads - our experience with similar fasteners has been dismal. I can't say those pads don't work, we just threw them away and used the screws provided.I note that the price of the four-pack has gone up about $5 since I bought mine, but I think it's still a pretty good buy.

Huge, won’t stick to ceiling
It works well. Velcro won’t hold its weight even with a nail when on ceiling. Best to hang it by nail on side wall. I even tried replacing the Velcro with industrial Velcro and it still fell down.

Light is so low doesn't light up area of any space

Handy lights for small and large spaces
Exactly what I was looking for. One for an interior closet, another in a guest bedroom and other places when a full lit up room is not necessary.

Great deal!
It’s exactly what I was looking for. Simple to use, I wanted it for my kids bed, so they can turn it on from bed just with a push. Exactly the size I wanted and is. It too bright. They loved it, not overpriced!

Great lights for dark spaces!!!
These lights are so easy to use & really brighten up dark places. I have mine on the wall going down my basement steps. Now I can see when we have a power outage!
