Potty Watch Potty Training Timer, 2 Pack - Blue/Green

I was extremely skeptical about getting a potty watch, but it has been wonderful! Both watches work fine. I read a lot of complaints of watches not working, but I haven't had that issue. The music isn't that loud, but it is plenty loud enough for a child to hear if s/he is wearing it. I have missed the alarm even when I was standing close by, so if you're looking for something for your child to take charge of, this is great. If you're looking for an alert for a parent, it's not going to be terribly effective for that. Our 3 year old has just started potty training and has yet to learn the signals from her body, but she understands the potty watch perfectly. When the lights go off and the music plays she yells "I have to go to the potty!!" and runs to the bathroom. It has been very effective for her. After two weeks of near constant use, the battery died. But that's where having a set of two comes in handy. I tried to figure out how to replace the batteries, but it was a pain so I just threw it away. I'm hoping by the time the battery in the second watch gives out that we will have weened her off using the potty watch. But for now, it's a wonderful tool that gives her the ability to take responsibility for herself. She loves it and we love it, so I definitely recommend these potty watches!I also read some reviews saying that the watches died when they got wet. That has not been my experience. The 3 year old uses excessive amounts of water to wash her hands and we even found her trying to wash her hair in the sink with the potty watch on and the watch still functioned. She wears it all day except for during nap time, bath time or bedtime and washes her hands numerous times throughout the day with no ill effects on the watch.

I didn’t rate the water resistance because I’m not sure if it is. We tried very hard to keep it away from water so it wouldn’t get ruined. Although this is a pretty cool watch. You can use the timer. It plays cool music and makes them want to go potty. After a while my DD knew it was tome to sit on the potty. I gave it a 3 star because the battery didn’t last as long as I would hop and I wasn’t able to get it open to replace.

The potty watch was a great training tool. The on off buttons are excellent. A child cannot just turnit off. It gave him a sense of independence. Whenever he heard the watch he holler potty time. It also helped family members to participate in the training. The only thing I did not like was the band. It was way too easy to break for a two year old.

If you keep up with it, it’s good. Instructions weren’t very clear on how to operate it but the watch was still somewhat easy to figure out how to use. My kids didn’t like wearing them. They wanted to just play with the music part. The watches lasted about two days before I gave up on trying to keep up with my kids taking them off.

Grandchild was excited to use it, at first, and it was working good. After a few days he didn't even want to put it on anymore. So, therefore, he did not want to go to the potty anymore.

First of all, my son is 2 year. We did not rush him. I think he was ready for potty training. With that said, the watch is a great tool. When it goes off he is ready. I don't have to remind him or ask him. He is coming to me. It is a great device. All my friends with older kids, wish they had one.Elle

I loved it and my son was hooked. He is 4 and still gets too busy and has accidents. It worked well for a few days and then an older kid made fun of him and he won't wear it anymore. I wish they had a version that didn't look like a toilet.

It worked amazing when they first came in my two year olds were getting excited and running to the bathroom it really does work but then it stopped working after a while now they have both stopped making noise and now they're just lighting up I think the battery is might have been bad
