This stuff makes tums look like a mint candy! It works immediately!

First off, the taste of this is so bad. It tastes like someone spit used tooth paste foam into your mouth. If you can get past the taste, which i do by chugging this and following up with a cup of water, the stuff works. I had really bad acid reflux for a hot minute and this stuff really helped. I like to take it first thing in the morning and it really made a difference through out the day. This is a quick fix and way better than tums.

It works damn to well BUTTT it causes my urine to smell strongly like ammonia.. it has aluminum so maybe that's why. I try to only use it occasionallyWish they remove the aluminum
