Don’t buy from this company!!!!
It is absolutely junk. It keeps turning itself off. Keeps switching to military time arbitrarily. It doesn’t ring when a call comes in (arbitrarily). Just doesn’t work. Cannot get instructions to fix problems. Tried to make changes that appeared to work for a few days or week. But we finally know that it will never work properly. Lesson learned. Never buy this product again

This phone does not work on a UK sim.
this phone does not work with UK sims, I have wasted a lot of time and money on this product and I am still waiting to receive the cost of returning the product at the Post Office of £24.35. I shall be in touch with your service department shortly. I was not at all happy with the hole event.

Perfect phone for elder person
Not this for my mother. She's 83 years old she needs no technology she doesn't this was the perfect little flip phone with large dial and Verizon was nice enough to help me set it up at no charge

Does not work with Tello service
I really did like the phone with the big buttons and large display. Checked the IMEI number with Tello’s website and it said that it would work. A after putting the sim card in and not getting service, I contacted Tello Support and they said that it does not have the right frequencies to work on their service.

Bad batteries, big buttons
Decent phone for seniors, loud and large buttons, but has had a lot of issues with charging and battery quality. Had to return the first and the replacement died a month and a half later, missing out on the return window. Go with Nokia or another more reputable brand.

Simple and functional for all ages.
Bought this phone for my 93 Year Old Mother in law. Made sure I did not add my phone number into speed dial. She calls my wife and other relatives daily. The ease of use, battery life are better than expected. Simple and functional for all ages. Looks good and is comfortable in the hand. Comes with a charger stand too. Looks good! We are happy with this flip phone

Did not work after a month
Bought the phone for my elderly dad and he used it for about 4 weeks and then the buttons became unusable, would not work at times and could not delete texts or voice messages. Attempted to return for an exchange but is now a week outside the return window.

Quit working right after the return window (30 days) expired
**Edit** Seller contacted me and offered full refund. I feel like this is great customer service given that the return window with Amazon had expired. I would try their products in the future and keep in mind that it's an inexpensive phone.This thing stopped powering on right after the return window closed. Do not recommend. Do not buy
