Created awesome cells with paint pouring.
I have just started getting into the paint pouring projects, so I am no expert in product behaviors. i was using a silicone that was included in a kit I purchased with Floetrol. The Floetrol seems to be working as expected, but the silicone that came with it does not appear to create the best cells. I do get some cells, but they are small, which in some cases is actually what I would want. I tried all kinds of things to get the type of cells that look similar to the ones I have seen in Youtube videos, but nothing worked. I am sure some of the problem is the characteristics of my paints. But, I decided to try this silicone since so many people seem to swear by it, and sure enough, all of a sudden I am getting these wonderful cells! There is still something to be said about the paints you use, not so much as to whether they are cheap or expensive, but rather the weight of the paint and/or pigment. Even with this silicone, I notice some colors do not behave the way I want them to, such as the black paint which seems to easily float to the top and create a "blob" of black rather than a pretty cell. I am assuming that this paint is a light weight and should go on the bottom of the paint pile. I am only adding this to hopefully help others who are starting out and can't seem to manage to get what they see from others. It is hard to figure out (although Golden paints provide a heap of helpful information for their products on their website), but if you find that some colors don't rise to the top, they are probably heavy, so use these paints at the top of the pile that lands on the canvas. On the other hand, if some paints always seem to sit on top of your painting, put those colors at a place that will end up being on the top of the pile that lands on the canvas. Since different manufacturers use different pigments and other ingredients, you might not be able to always say that one color is heavier than another. But I have found that all of the white titanium paints I have used, or see others used, tend to be heavy, so this goes on the top of other paints. Good luck!

The best oil
I use this silicone for not only my treadmill, but also with acrylic paints to create cells. Multipurpose silicone for me :)

Works for Acrylic Pours...Hinges too!
Used this for doing acrylic pour paintings. It most definitely works, but for this purpose, the tip can dispense more than you want. I suggest putting it into another bottle or better yet, just using an eyedropper or pipette. When I used it to lube up some hinges around the house, the tip it comes with works fantastically.

Pour Painting
Works fine. Makes cells. I bought this to give it a try because I always see my favorite pour painter, Julie Cutts, using this product and she gets AMAZING results!!! I was using Artist's Loft brand silicone oil and they seem to work exactly the same when it comes to making cells. The ONLY negative I have is the twist spout...if you open it more than just a crack, the oil will dump out!!! That is where the Artist's Loft beats this product. It has an eye dropper, which makes it incredibly easy to get the exact amount of drops in each cup of mixed paint. I hate adding too much silicone because then you have oily spots on your painting and will more than likely be forced to "wash" your painting...no thanks!!! So I only add the minimal amount of silicone oil to make enough cells, but not so much that you have an oil slick for a painting.

Love the extension tip
This is great for lubing your home treadmill. I love the extension tip, which makes it much easier to spread the silicone across the treadmill pad.

Excellent lubricant for the rails on my M6 Max trainer...
Seems like many "100% silicone" lubricants actually slip in some petroleum (which inevitably degrades finishes and certain materials), but this product has worked perfectly and continues to do so.Only need a drop or so for each rail/roller (after wiping both clean of the previous week's worth) and am no longer having issues with the finish degrading like I was before I started using this brand/product.BOTTOM LINE: Excellent lubricant for exercise equipment that calls for 100% silicone lubricant.

I love this product
I love this product. It works great with my artwork. But for some reason it leaks.every time I use it, I noticed some has leaked out over the sides. I make sure I have the cap on tight but it keeps happening. Did I just get a bad bottle or have others experienced the same thing. I hesitate to buy it again.
