Good coffee maker
Its a single cup coffee maker for KCups. Works perfectly and makes very good coffee (of course this is based on the quality of the coffee you use - the coffee maker does its job very well). If I had a gripe it would only be about the size of the single cup water reservoir - I drink a LOT of coffee and out of a big mug, and the maximum water that fits in the water reservoir is only about 3/4 of my usual mug.Its not really an issue, but do consider this if, like me, you have large mugs of coffee on a regular basis. If you have regular mugs, this will fill them to the brim without a problem.

Chemical smell and taste
I was extremely excited to find a product that was at a great price that could use my K-cups that I brought on travel. I opened the box and read instructions to ensure I was setting up properly. I ran the first fresh cup of water through and as it was dispensing I notice a strong chemical/petrol type smell. I thought to myself that it just needed to have more water run through it because it was new (although it should not have had that smell at all). So I proceeded to run over a dozen cups of fresh water through it. Although the smell lessened slightly, it was still there. I decided to return since I saw other reviews with the same comment. It was was to good to be true with this purchase.

Ever since I got back from the US and tried Keurig pods...
I had to buy a UK power compatible coffee machine that uses these pods. The pods are cheap enough to find but sadly a decent machine was not. Amazon UK sells US machines that run on 110V - do not buy one thinking that a plug converter will work - it won't without a pricey power converter. This one is a UK machine with a 3 pin plug and works a treat. My only cripe with it is it is only a 1-mug machine but that means the unit is a lot smaller as there is no reservoir for water to sit there are go stale. So it's kinda good in that way - especially if like me, your kitchen has limited counter space.*My advice, run a mugs worth of water without a coffee pod through it first to clear out that 'new product' taste that might taint the water. Then brew away. Simply pour just under a mug into the reservoir (about 200-300ml depending how much milk you like in your coffee when you come round to adding to it), pop your pod in and away you go.Great stuff. Much better than my old Dolce Gusto and work's Tassimo coffee makers.

Great if you want to use Keurig pods
I've always wanted to try Keurig pods out, but it's quite hard to get a Keurig machine in the UK.I thought I'd buy this and some compatible capsules (which by the way is easily available in the UK on Amazon and is still around the same price as Tassimo, Dolce Gusto etc pods - possibly even cheaper. This is an interesting machine because you basically pour the correct amount of water you want to brew in the machine, stick your pod in there, close the lid and turn it on. Takes a bit of time to brew, but I find that you want it to go pretty slow anyway otherwise your coffee will be weak. I'd say it probably takes around 2 or 3 minutes to brew your cup. I tend to brew a normal mug size of coffee with no problem at all. It basically works the same way as the Keurig Mini.I opened up a capsule, and it's essentially coffee inside a filter paper. So it's basically a filter coffee machine but without the mess. This is great for me because I tend to be the only one in my household that drinks coffee, and so a filter coffee machine would generally brew too much coffee. If it's just 1 or 2 of you who drinks coffee, then this is perfect for you.Few things that I think could be better:1. Would be nice to have a water level on the side just to make sure you're within a min and max range2. It feels very cheap and light. I would've liked it to be a bit heavier so the whole machine doesn't move so much when I'm opening up the lid.3. Not too keen on it brewing exactly the amount of water you pour in to be honest - I would have much rather preferred preset sizes and buttons4. The on/off button would've been better near the front of the machine rather than on the side near the back.Overall happy with the machine. Brews a great mug size of coffee quickly and without mess. Allows me to use Keurig pods, and there's a great variety out there (especially if you can get some from an American importer). Makes mornings a lot better :).

Small and cute
I have a Keurig but it's a bit big for the available space so I decided to go for something smaller. I like the single serve concept as it means you always use fresh water. It makes coffee as well as my Keurig so I'm really happy with it. I now have space for my milk frother next to it too.
