Helps with my nails and hair

Have used this product for two years and it works really well for my needs…..hair, nails and skin. I take one every morning and one every evening. Works better that way than one higher dose just once a day. Easy to swallow and never any after taste etc.

While grocery shopping some time ago, I purchased a bottle of Nature's Truth Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies because I had run out of this supplement manufactured by another brand. Being budget minded, noticed that Nature's Truth was a better deal.After a short while of consuming the gummies, I noticed my nails were growing longer and stronger and breaking less.Wasn't sure if it was my immagination and/or wishful thinking, but my hair seemed to be fuller, more lustrous, breaking less, fewer split ends and growing a little faster.When I noticed my supply was getting low, ordered a bottle of Nature's Truth Hair, Skin & Nails soft gels on line. The deal was better (more product for about the same amount of $) and personally, I prefer swallowing soft gels to chewing gummies that tend to stick to my teeth.Last night, started taking the soft gel version. Very easy to swallow. My expectation of this product is that I will continue to have faster growing long and strong nails along with a head of hair that continues to be lustrous, fuller and growing out a little faster.Will update after taking the soft gels for a while longer.

There is nothing that I don’t dislike about this product - I first started taking Nutrafol and using Rogaine because my hair was coming out due to dyeing my hair. Although, these products worked and stopped the overly shedding process - I decided to search for a cheaper product that would continue to make my hair grow. In just a few weeks of using Superior Strength, Hair Skin & Nails, I’ve seen my hair continue to grow! This product offers more vitamins than Nutrafol. In addition, Hair Skin & Nails has the same ingredients to promote healthy hair. The pills are much smaller and easier to swallow. Nutrafol started me on the right path - now I will continue to use Superior Strength Hair Skin and Nails for continuous healthy hair growth! My nails are coming along nicely too and so is my skin. I highly recommend this product.

I tried taking only two of these supplements per day, but that did not bring about any discernible change. However, at full dose, my nails have grown more quickly and are less brittle. They are looking much healthier and prettier. My cuticles are still a mess, but they are not as bad as before.

Great supplement

This is an excellent supplement. We can spend ton's of money on skin and hair care product for topical use but for me, it just makes sense to use an excellent supplement like this one internally to improve and support from within. I have tried more expensive brand and am very picky about supplement brands. I have done my research and this company makes a quality hair skin and nail supplement at a reasonable price. It gives results! I can say that my hair and nails look healthier and have grown quicker and thicker. I have been using this product for 6 months and love it.
