I really don’t understand the negative reviews. This is a pricey product for a case of 12 so I don’t see myself buying it often. But as for the drink it self, I didn’t receive any “floating collagen” that have settled in my bottles, but if so I would be aware that it’s just the collagen lol but I could understand why seeing it would be kind of a turnoff from the product itself. The packaging was really good. No broken seals or anything else. The taste isn’t bad, it’s WATER with a tinge bit of berry flavor. It taste as it’s expected to. As for the benefit/s.. I still need time to see as I just received my case.

I could smell something like rotten garbage for 2 days I thought i imagined it. Then I figured out it was the WATER. Oh my god I cant believe I drank some of them. It tasted and smelled like the bottom water in a old garbage can. At first I thought it was the bottle then I switched it to another bottle and the same wretched smell. And taste. I dumped it down the drain. Filled my bottle with good old tap water. We really do have good tap water in north eastern Pennsylvania, I'm so disgusted, beyond disgusted. This seems to me like a hit or miss situation. I'd try to miss it if possible. I'd take my toilet water over this .

Had a little issue with the delivery at first but it came and it in good condition. Some of the bottles don’t have the logo on them so not sure what that is about?

Love the water and apparently so do others!If you are thirsty, buy it!
