Simple yet helpful
I am LOVING this journal so far! I fill out a few of the prompts at the beginning of the day and love to reflect and fill in the rest before bed. This has been an incredible helpful way for me to track my progress with my mindfulness & healing journey

A little gem
I enjoy taking a few minutes in the morning and a few minutes in the evening to fill out this little gem of a journal. It's a lovely color and has a soft but durable cover. It prompts you to set your intention for the day and to rate your ability to stay mindful throughout the day as well. It's quite relaxing to complete daily and keeps me mindful.

Adorable journal
This journal is absolutely gorgeous and fun to use. I like that it's a very quick way to start and end the day. Although, I would've liked a couple more prompts overall which is why I gave 4 stars. This would be great for a gift or just for you!

Very interesting
I find mindfulness very interesting. This really helps you explore that. My only problem was having time to work on it every day. I would highly suggest making yourself set aside at least a half hour a day to work on it.
