I can't really use the extra safety features with my syringes, but this is the perfect size and will last for quite a while for me.

This is coming from someone who has to do 1 to 2 injections a day.Originally, I only got one sharps container, mostly because it was a last minute thing since no one told me I needed them. After using insulin for awhile, I was able to judge how quickly I was filling the sharps container I had. I concluded that I filled them quick enough that I should probably go bulk the next time I bought any, if only to save some money over the long term.This container is small enough to be kind of discreet (1 qt), but large enough that I fill it slow enough that I only need to replace it every other month or so. So, knowing I'm a lifer in this case, I bought a 5 pack as a replacement for my first one and I'm happy with having extras so I don't have to worry about scrambling at the last minute for another, and the price was great for me.

Purchased for at home use with a child in the residence and my favorite part is how easy it locks to children but opens up when needed! We haven’t filled it yet but when we do it will be easy to dispose of safely and appropriately and we will be purchasing again. We have been separating the needle from the syringe to make it last a bit longer and it’s the perfect size for needle heads. I could imagine it would fill quicker if we are using it to dispose of the full plastic part of the syringe.

Well I must say this container is user friendly. One doesn’t need too much intelligence to use. It does exactly what I need especially dealing with storage of a possible biological hazard (blood).
