This item arrived promptly and well packaged. It was easier to put together than I had thought it would be from the reviews I had read, although it did take two of us two hours to put together. The instructions are not good and I would like to say a big 'thank you' to the person who advised not to take the screws etc out of the packaging until you need them. The seat is excellent quality and was purchased at a really good price. The delivery info I rec'd from Crowders (the sellers) was very good and accurate. I would definitely recommend this seat to friends. Very comfy and relaxing.

I really am very pleased with this. The thing with garden seating is that it often looks nice but at the same time can be bloomin' uncomfortable. I don't have a lot of 'natural' padding so look out for garden furniture that wont give me a 'numb behind'. This fits the bill. The high back is very supportive of neck and head if you need it and there is a little give in the mesh that makes it much more comfortable than rigid wood or plastic.I love the way you can rock the slider back and forth, very relaxing whilst sipping a cuppa or other tonic of your choice. During this lovely warm spell I can sit and watch the chickens, sunning myself in comfort, imagining I am on holiday in sunny climes.The only thing I would say is check the width of the slider in relation to those who are going to use it, depending on relative size, two adults side to side may find it a bit cosy.It was very reasonably priced (although I see it has gone up a bit now, probably due to the nice weather we are finally having) My husband put it together, I think it was a bit fiddly from the muttering and grumbling that could be overheard whilst construction was underway.Overall, very pleased with my purchase, and I'd certainly consider purchasing other garden seating in this range.

This is a sturdy & very comfortable chair that looks good so I’m pleased with the purchase however the assembly process was frustratingly difficult as the instructions were not clear (see photo’s). We eventually managed it through trial & error which involved dismantling & reassembling more than once... Photographs or better drawings with clearer step by step instructions would make it much easier imo.

This glider style seat is so much better than the traditional "A" frame swing seat it was purchased to replace. It is so much easier to move and store, the main reason our old swing seat needed replacing was because we were never able to cover or store it adequately over winter, this glider seat is easily moved around the garden whenever we want and is so easy to just lift it into the shed in winter.It takes up a lot less room on the patio than the old swing yet the seating area is bigger. It is much easier to get on and off than the swing was and the high back makes it very comfortable. It has a nice gentle rocking motion which is so relaxing.It took about an hour and a half for two of us to put together, but it wasn't difficult we just took our time. It's well manufactured and once built it feels very solid and safe. I like that they also provide little plastic covers in the same colour as the frame to go over the screw heads. Well worth the money.

The chair slides well and is made of reasonable durable metal. It was well packaged and came with the correct parts.Assembling it would more than likely need two people and the inevitable Allen key always proves difficult. The drawings on the assembly sheet are as expected-sometimes you get mixed up towards the end of the chair building. The four smaller glider parts (like spanners) need to have all the rectangular recesses facing outwards not onwards as you may ‘feel’ they need to be as if slotting the cross bars into these ‘slots’ but they don’t . The drawings also looked at if they slightly changed and the first drawing 1 looks as if the front bar attaches somewhere completely different due to perspective of the picture. The black washers are also not clear and seem strangely drawn. They go in the side of the chair seat and the arms -sort of between the two.At the price, it’s frustrating to have to assemble it but such are the economics of business and shipping space!Hope this is useful. Good luck! 1-2hours should do it!!!

Took a few hours to put together, couple one night and finished in the morning but that's because I'm disabled and hubby old lol. As others have said do not mix up the screws etc which I told my hubby but of course he did and we did get the bottom frame and the arms the wrong way round. Love the seat as it's comfortable and a gentle swing to it. Our friends have admired it too and want one. Colour is better than the black. Think we will use it in the conservatory during the winter,

This chair is an exact replacement to the one I’ve had for years. Due to having a long term disabling illness, I had to pay someone to put it together for me. In the box there were corroded nuts and washers plus a couple of screws were missing. Lucky the man who put it together had the foresight to remove some mission screws from my old chair and use them on the new.

Bought one of these glider seats for an elderly relative. Like it so much that just bought another one for my wife and I, to put in our gazebo. Might get another one at a later date to go on the patio. The glider is extremely comfortable, with a high back. The colour is such that it blends into the garden landscape.The assembly instructions are adequate, if not great. However, we didn’t find it difficult to assemble, but be aware that it is easier with two people. No tools are required, as a key and spanner are included.Highly recommended.

Very nice looking and sturdy. Missing glider parts prevent us from using as a glider though. We are past the return limit of time. Will use as a love seat instead.
