Great bicycle and amazing Schwinn customer service
Bike is a smooth ride, is stylish and my daughter loves it! I also needed to contact Schwinn customer service to replace a part damaged in shipping. Schwinn customer service is amazing. They shipped me the replacement part very quickly and also shipped me an extra part I said I would pay for separately. They responded very quickly and exceeded my expectations. Not many companies have a "wow" factor in customer service anymore but Schwinn definitely does. I highly recommend Schwinn bikes not only because of their great products at a reasonable price, but also because of their exceptional customer service!

Beautiful bike
This bike is beautiful. Our daughter loves it. It was easy to assemble and we are happy with our purchase.We were missing one of the tire caps.

Easy-ish to assemble but needs better packaging!
Upon receiving this bike from UPS, the box was heavily damaged. I don’t blame UPS or Amazon but the manufacturer for this. Their box and packaging cuts quite a few corners. Overall, I didn’t have a difficult time putting this together but the instructions are laughable and really just confuse you more than they help. Would it have killed them to include a decent instruction sheet and perhaps an Allen wrench? I didn’t have the right size and that was quite frustrating.Anyway, bike looks good and seems of decent quality. Hopefully it stands the test of time.

Schwinn retro-style updated for today’s Kids
I bought this bike for my daughter because it was a throwback to the bike that I had growing up as a child. I had a Schwinn Stingray back in the 70s and was happy to see that the model style was still available.I chose this model because my daughter is a bit taller than the average child and she did not do that well with the BMX-style bike she had before this one.The bike arrived in a box that was slightly damaged but I figured that’s what happens in transit. All the parts were there and as you can tell from the picture the rear fender was damaged a little bit-but that seems to be what’s happening with all of these bikes if you look at the other reviews and pictures.Beyond that, I did have to go through a store-bought pair of training wheels that were not long enough, but I did find a pair on Amazon that work perfectly.My daughter loves the color of the bike & I was able to find a helmet that matched perfectly. Her learning has increased and she enjoys riding the bike - even with the falls she inevitably takes - and has already asked to remove the training wheels!Schwinn makes a GREAT, sturdy product and I am glad to pass on my bike riding tradition to My Kids.

Terrible quality. Avoid
Nice looking bike. Unfortunately we cannot use it. the front fork is bent and we cannot get the front tire installed. Useless. $200 down the drain. Thanks for nothing.
