Q: Hi, does it hold a lot of shopping?

Depends on your needs and packaging of your goods - 40 litres in the normal stowage, and 10 litres in the cool bag stowage we have found is sufficient for a two person weekly grocery (food) shop. Anything else and you're probably going to struggle pushing the trolley for a distance.

Q: How strong are the wheels

They seem pretty strong I have only had mine couple weeks so time will tell but this is one of the best trolley I have ever had easy to push with one hand even when full

Q: When I pull this up a step the back wheels fold in, how do I stop this happening

I’ve never pulled mine in by the back wheels. I always go in forwards and I don’t have any problem.
