Can not hold 185 lbs with light use.
I have contacted Amazon twice, and they said the seller would be replacing the defective item. I have over a dozen messages back and forth to the seller. They seem willing to replace the product but are unable to ship it to my address. Instead, they shipped it to a random address not associated with my account, and then responded that it was returned. Now they won’t ship it to me. Several months later, this still isn’t resolved.My experience is an expensive, poorly made product and terrible customer service. Waste of time and money.
