These are really good. I would also suggest trying the Salted Kampot Peppercorns also. They are soft corns and very tasty too. As I type this in there are 30 rating and some clown gave these a 1 star. Trust me...that person has no taste lol.

I am a bit unusual in that I prefer highly pungent peppercorns. These are very good, fresh and intelligently packaged.If there is any shortcoming, it is totally in my never-ending search for the apex of pungent peppercorns. These are as good as advertised. However, my search will continue. This is entirely on me and my peculiar desired taste.

I haven’t tried them yet. However they look very good. I first noticed these as the blackest peppercorns I’ve ever seen. On top of that they are large (full grown) perfectly round and 99.99% have zero defects. Assuming the taste will be incredible. Thanks Zen S.T. So you read about stuff and you wonder if its worth it and this pepper is. Compared to commercial pepper its like jumping from a old truck to a sports car. Good product, earnest seller with great story and even a free sample of their new salt product. Worth the price.

Discovered this on a mission trip to Cambodia. Going back early 2025 and will buy more there. It’s very expensive from this company compared to Cambodia

I ordered the Kampot pepper as I was almost out of my jar form when i lived in Cambodia. The package I received was delivered in a few days and it's such a flavorable peppercorn that it adds zing to every food. To my surprise, Zen Spice Traders also sent a free sample of Chantabun Black that is similar to Kampot, but it's from Thailand. Although I've been to Thailand many times, I never tasted their black peppercorns. It has such an amazing complex flavor that I like it as well as Kampot if not more! Zen hooks you up with small local growers, so I'm so happy to do business with them! Great product and company!

I used to think that all pepper tasted alike until I tried this brand. It really adds another dimension to any dish calling for ground black pepper. Quality of ingredients does make the difference when cooking any dish.
