I Live the Black Seed sticks so easy for traveling. I like the sweetest of the add Honey my third order.

Probably a personal taste thing, don't much like the flavor when I add these to my tea. May give to the local food bank. I gave 4 stars because others may like the taste but I don't.

Missing several honey sticks and bottom of container. There's no way to miscount 12. Not as potent as it should be either

I got these Amazing Herbs Zest Immune Boost Straws for an easy delivery system for taking black seed oil and honey. The amount of black seed oil in each straw is very small. It is the last item on the ingredient list. So I called Amazing Herbs to find out what was the ratio of black seed oil to the other ingredients - only about 10 percent. Each straw holds a total volume of just over a teaspoon - maybe 1.5 teaspoons at most, so to get a teaspoon of black seed oil, you would need to consume 8-9 straws. Also - the straws are filled completely, so in order to cut them open (I had to use a scissors or a sharp knife), you will get honey on the utensil.
