PAPER & COVER IS VERY CHEAP PAPER JUST OF CHEAP CHIP PAPER, I DO NOT EXPECT THE BOOK TO OUT LAST THE VAN!

This manual does not include any information on the 8.1L engine.

Book as expected

A necessary tool for Chevy 2500 Express, routine maintenance and repair. Saves time

This manual is far from comprehensive. If you have a gas engine model and don't have to get into anything too complex then this will likely suffice. Basic maintenance procedures only. However, if you need anything more extensive than that or wiring diagrams for more than non-essential systems then forget it. I'm sorely disappointed in the content of this manual. "Based on a complete teardown & rebuild," but what they don't tell you is they leave out a good chunk of the information that would come from such a process.

Looks ok so far, though it lacks a lot of actual pertinent information that I believe would be important. I figured it would have a lot more information on vehicle upkeep and repair, but it really doesn’t. I will look for something more in-depth and just keep this as some backup information. Would I buy this again? Definitely not.
