At 60%, it is a bit low on alcohol compared to others, but this is easily remedied by just adding some ethanol. I like that it isn't as thick as some, so rubs in and dries quicker. At about $9 per 500ml bottle freight paid, the price is reasonable and, more importantly, the product is available and ships quickly. Those who complain about the price missed the class on supply and demand. Prices come down when demand goes down and supplies goes up. Higher prices during higher demand and lower supplies guarantees supplies will continue. Still, $9 for a large bottle of liquid sent freight free is not outrageous. I bought 12 bottles and am buying 12 more to hand out to friends and colleagues. A store near me is charging $30 for a bottle half the size.

Arrived four days early!! Great product, great scent and I actually like the slightly thinner consistency. Glad I stumbled upon this product while searching Amazon in the middle of the night. Almost canceled order after thinking about it, but SO glad I didn't! Now it is unavailable until …?? Kudos to Zep for a much needed product that is still significantly cheaper than many others out there. Ignore the haters writing bad reviews about Zep and this sanitizer; go make your own and stop complaining about gouging if you're not willing to pay a small premium for this great product.

Unscented, so I added essential oil of my liking for calmness. Money well spent!

At least half of the bottles has loose caps or caps that had opened. Gel was all over the place. One bottle was cracked and nearly empty. The case was a wet sticky mess. However the case was not damaged. The problem was the packaging. There was not enough protection.The scent is completely overpowering. After taking all the bottles out of the carton and trying to clean up the mess from leaking bottles. I washed my hands five times over 30 minutes and still had an overwhelming aroma from my hands. I suppose it is some floral smell but it is at least 20 times too strong.I purachsed this because I trust Zep products. This was a waste of money and a huge disappointment.They really need to work on their formula and packaging!I cannot return it because neither UPS or FedEx will accept a carton that is contaminated like this. especially when Ethanol is present, so I have requested a refund.

I used to get a hand sanitizer from Dollar Tree a few years ago that smelled exactly like this stuff. It was my favorite scent. This stuff smells exactly the same but it's more of a liquid form than a gel. I don't really mind the difference in viscosity and I also see that other people have successfully used this stuff in spray bottles. I might give the spray bottle a try myself. The smell reminds me of a long island ice tea. I know that might sound funny, but if you know the drink and you have some of this stuff then I think you'll probably agree with me LOL.

Is this stuff even legit? I ordered because I was desperate for hand sanitizer and this has been all could find for over a month. I have bought ZEP cleaning supplies from Lowe’s before so at least it was a brand I sort of heard of. I didn’t mind the over pricing. I understand the whole supply and demand principle. Sanitizers are hard to come by since they are reserved for medical/government agencies.The shipping was relatively fast but the product quality is debatable. First off, the bottles were NOT uniform in terms of consistency, opaqueness or volume. One bottle was 2/3rds full. Another was 3/4th full, some were filled to the top and the rest somewhere in between. There is no safety seal so I don’t know if by chance some evaporated or leaked or if it is a production issue. The next problem I noticed was either due to the clear bottle itself or the sanitizer. Some were clear, some hazy and opaque. I tested each bottle, the consistency from one bottle to the next was different. Most bottles averaged a watery consistency, 2 had a thicker viscosity similar to Purell or Germ X. Not to mention the smell was horrible. It doesn’t smell like my bottle of Purell. I’m not sure what this stuff is. It stated it is 60% ethyl alcohol but I doubt what it is in it.I wouldn’t buy again. I bought to give to family, but I am embarrassed to give this away.

I love that this sanitizer doesn't leave a strong smell on your hands. I also love that after it drys it leaves your hands feeling clean and not sticky. I will agree with other reviews this sanitizer is a bit thinner than most other sanitizers on the market but I don't really see that as a negative.

The product I received has the consistency of water. Not of the consistency of most gel sanitizers. It smells good and arrived quickly. the product I received was as pictured. I originally rated this product a one due to not matching the description but the company contacted me to discuss problems and changed the description to more accurately reflect the product. The issue was partly my error due to inability to see all ingredients and misunderstanding of waterless. that means you don't have to rinse it with water people not has no water. (lesson noted). They have great customer service and due to their explanation and correcting of product I have now rate it a 5 .
