Historical Emporium Men's Cotton Twill Mad Scientist Howie Lab Coat

I am 5' 6" about 135lbs and I bought a S (small). It fits me perfectly. I mean it fits me exactly like the guy in the picture. As others have said it is very long. If you were a little shorter or needed a little bigger size, it could easily cover your feet or reach the floor. Just expect ahead of time that you may need to hem it up a bit. The sleeves were flared at the end, which I didn't expect for some reason, but that's my fault because it shows it in the picture. The material is high quality, well put together. It's not too hot to wear on set with all the lights and people. Love it

The sleeves were a little long, but then, I'm 5' 7". It fit perfectly everywhere else, and I just rolled the sleeves up a bit. When I get time I may have them hemmed up a bit. But since I was wearing the elbow-length industrial gauntlets over it, the sleeves weren't a problem. This thing looks terrific - I may have to buy them in other colors, but when you wear the white one everyone immediately knows you're a scientist/doctor (I got it for a steampunk mad scientist costume). It's a fairly heavy material, but it's loose enough for good airflow, and I didn't get overheated in it. It was exactly what I needed and wanted, and my costume was quite popular. Thanks!

The coats have good form and fit. The fabric weight is good. The style is what attracted me to get the lab coat. I really want a multi-colored one for my mad scientist look, as I use this in my garage when tinkering. I expected it to be a bit large to fit over clothes, and it fits a little loose. The sleeves are just a bit shorter than my arms, but it looks great with long cuff gloves. The sleeves don't get in the way when working bare handed. It also works well for cosplay or Halloween.

I'm a small woman (5'3 120 lbs) and bought a size small. Because I am so short, I will need to hem the bottom and the sleeves- right now the coat goes all the way down to the floor, so keep that in mind if you are a woman ordering this.That said, I love it! It's high quality- doesn't feel like the cheap costumes you get from Halloween stores. I know that this costume will last and I'll likely wear it for the next several years. Glad I made this purchase instead of going for a cheaper version.

The quality of the coat is well worth the money payed for it. It's made from good material and you can tell this isn't some crappy costume you would buy at a store. I bought a size small and thought that even then it might be a bit too big for me but it fit great, although a little long (seeing as I'm only 5'4"/female) it's not an issue. If you are looking for something like this I definitely recommend buying it from this seller, you wont be disappointed and will most likely be buying something that will last a long time and make many awesome memories no matter what occasions you dress up to.

It fits the 3x/4x is true its true. Being a big person it's always a crap shoot when ordering something like this when I go to the event I'll take some photos. Extremely happy.

it is a very nice nice material and not to thick. i got the medium cause I read other reviews that said to get that for a size 42. it just barly fits me but that's ok cause I am losing weight. The look though is impeccable you will be surprised hwo good you look in it and I'm not a person to brag on myself. I do recommend wearing light clothes under it though
