Closer to matte than shiny and not see through.

Q: Is the neck of the shirt loose or more snug?

It is a normal fit, not loose but not real snug. Very comfortable.

Q: Is this made in china or honduras? i have nike shirts from both locations and they slightly different in size.

Honduras caution the stitching started coming out on the arm of my shirt
