Back Brace Lower Back Support Belt for Pain Relief | Sciatica, Herniated Disc and Scoliosis for Men and Women – Adjustable Straps and Removable Lumbar Pad

I have only worn this brace for a few days. However, prior to the arrival, for several weeks I was suffering from constant back pain. My doctor wanted to prescribe a medication but I did not want to add another med to my current collection. It seemed that a possible solution would be a back brace. So....I jumped onto Amazon, my favorite shopping site, and began the arduous process of looking through the wide variety of products and reading an endless cadre of reviews. There certainly were many choices. I placed several into my cart so it would be easy to more thoroughly explore their qualities. After a few days and continuing back pain, I decided to try the FitGame Brace. It arrived via Prime in the typical 2 days. The brace was immediately put on and it felt comfortable. The band adjustments allowed me to tighten the brace to my comfort level. I wore it all day and it seemed to offer relief. It was on the outside of mt clothing so there was no issues with skin contact. The next day I wrapped it under my shirt, wearing a t shirt and, again, it was comfortable and it did ease the pain. As the day wore on, the discomfort continued to diminish. So far, I am pleased with the results. There is a rubber odor but that dissipates within a few days. The brace seems well made and I expect a decent durability. It is moderately priced so replacing it when needed certainly will not break the bank. In my humble opinion, it is a good product that has provided relief.

I ordered the XL FITGAME Back Brace - Lower Back Support Belt on Amazon. It arrived on time...I immediately put it on upon arrival...Instantly made me feel better. Support and comfort seem top notch, along with quality of manufacturing. Seems to be very well put together and the velcro may have been developed by NASA! Very strong bond! I've worn it for full days and the velcro does not budge!After wearing for a few days initially, I was starting to feel like maybe the Large would be a better fit for me as opposed to the XL that I had purchased. I really just wanted it to snug up a little bit more.I contacted the seller (FITGAME) to explain my issue...and within a few minutes heard back and without hesitation or further questions (David, the guy I was dealing with) offered to send me out the next size down (Large) belt right away...Fast forward 2 days later...I'm all snugged up with my new size Large belt and it fits to a T!I can't say enough about FITGAMES customer service...specifically David. Quite simply, he was awesome! Maybe the best customer service I've ever experienced!Overall everything 5 stars! The one thing I can not vouch for quite yet since I've only had the belt for less than a week is longevity over time and use...I have to say again though...Quality seems top notch so far!

I really don't like support belts because they just aren't comfortable. As a woman with larger breasts and bigger hips, they always seem like the supports in the belts just poke me in the wrong places; however, after 3 back surgeries, I tend to need a support belt to strengthen my back when it feels weak or I'm having spasms. This one doesn't seem to poke me. I wish I could find a strong, comfortable belt designed for size 20 women that supported the lower back. I haven't found one yet. It seems like most strong support belts are designed for men with no curves and the ones made for women look like they don't support very well. While I've never encountered a comfortable belt, this one does do a good job of supporting my back and I do feel relatively comfortable in it.

This is one of the better back braces that I have found on Amazon. I have purchased 4 others and I am pleased with this one above the others. One of the biggest problems with most of the braces that I have purchased is that the Velcro that is used on many of these braces is just garbage. I was happy to find that the Velcro used on the Fitgame belt is very high quality. I use mine at work to support my back and it is very comfortable, light and not bulky and it stays in place. I would happily purchase another in the future. (after 1 year's use) - Update. I can happily state that this belt has been absolutely worth the price. After 6 months use, the Velcro fasteners worked as well as when the belt was new. I have purchased another belt since my first belt is wearing as expected after 6 months of daily use and this second belt is just as high quality. Once this belt begins to wear, I will be purchasing a 3rd.

I like this brace, it's well designed except it is made out of a neoprene-like material. This is nowhere in the description, which says that it is lightweight and very breathable. The material is not breathable, and after wearing it for just a while in a 65 degree room, I was starting to sweat under the brace. Maybe I received the wrong one?

I am a very active 76 year old who has on the high end of moderate scoliosis and arthritis in my back and also have muscle spasms and sciatica nerve pain. My pain during the last 5 years has been progressively worse each year to the point that I have had to give up my walking, jogging and grandchildren activity. The pain was so bad I was taking 8 ibuprophen a day, 4 in the morning to just get through the day and 4 more in the evening to be able to get some sleep in addition to 2 Advil 8 hour arthritis tablets a day. In desperation I ordered this back brace, not really having any expectation it would help much, but from the first minute I had it on, the pain diminished so dramatically that I started crying because in that moment I felt like my active, happy self again for the first time in over 5 years. I love the outer elastic bands that can be tightened or loosened according to the level of pain you have. Some days I have to pull them tighter than others based on the activity I’m performing. I wear it every day and go through my daily activities without the pain controlling my life! I’m so very grateful!
