Useful little tool to have in the toolbox

I know there are reviews saying it is a real time saver but ...it needs further development ... in my opinion :-)Firstly, pictures show cage nuts with wings at the top and bottom on the device. You cannot install them like that, the wings have to be horizontal. If you are installing in a large empty rack, then yes, you have room to twist the whole device and your hand around. If installing in a rack that's already been populated then it's almost impossible to use this gadget.However, if they designed it so you could swivel the head 90 degrees and still depress the handle or designed it so that nut is horizontal and the handle horizontal then it would work better.After all that .... does it stop you from getting a screwdriver rammed in your fingers? ... YES !Does it stop you tearing your fingers squeezing cage nut in? ... YESIs it worth the cost? ... no not really ... in my opinion ... as it doesn't work easily in all situations.

Anyone who has worked with tricky cage nuts and shredded their fingers will appreciate this tool! Once you get the hand of it, it works perfectly every time.I found there was a bit of a knack to it and it doesn't take long to figure out. You can also adjust it with the small screw which can help for different sizes.Recommend this for anyone working on racks. Always keep this in my work bag.

£8 for a tool that doesn’t even line up correctly, you’d think that would be the bare minimum requirement considering it’s purpose. Absolute joke.

Its not perfect but most of the times works very well. However as you would know not all cabinets are the same but its not the tools fault. not bad at all.

Not brilliant in tight spaces but I can use it in 8/10 situations. Very glad to have it, was sick of sore fingers.
