Easy to record, download and share PHI when you need to with those you need to, when you need to.
Bought this in August 2022, and it has traveled with me, flown long distances at altitude and monitored my sleep both at home and away.Turns out I could finally prove to myself and my Doc that I do have an actual issue with altitude that needed to be addressed and the continued monitoring of sleep gives both my Doc and I piece of mind. It’s really easy to use, and has great memory if you don’t have a chance to download it every day. It’s become a regular part of my monitoring so when I recently misplaced my original, I just purchased a second device (May 2025) so I could still monitor everything until the first one reappears or as a backup to that one. (Since the second one has been bought, of course the first one will reappear very shortly…that’s how it always works!)I’m glad to have a second oximeter though, I never will have to worry about reports for the Doc and the ability to download and share the data compared to other devices is beyond amazing, you can record data for 5 minutes or 5 hours, or as long as you keep wearing it. It tracks everything and you can have peace of mind knowing exactly what is going on.Definitely worth the cost, and honestly have seen more costly devices with less ability to track much less download or share your data with your health care professional. There is a reason I bought an identical device, I was so impressed with the quality of the first oximeter that I wanted to stick with what works. Both the oximeters were purchased not received as gifts or in exchange for anything. Definitely five stars, an excellent oximeter, I wish more were like these and able to record over time.

Light weight, good reports, easy to use if you read the manual
EMAY Oximeter EMO-80:I have used this for nine nights and find that it reliable in use and helpful in understanding pulse and blood oxygen levels in tables and graphs as well as some analytics useful to me. Links easily using Bluetooth to my iPhone16. Do read the short pamphlet/manual as the device is small and lightweight which limits the number of control buttons to one. If you are having issues with the device the first step is to re-read the manual as it is most likely user error (that would be me). The device stays on well overnight as it clips firmly to the finger to get good readings and there is a small rubber strap to help keep it from slipping off at night. The rubber strap need not be overly tight to accomplish its job, so no need to strangle your finger. The two sets of included batteries seem to last about 5 nights each, I have not tried rechargeable batteries but hear they will last fewer nights. There is a battery level gauge on the screen to assist. The screen is bright and clear and fortunately it goes dark after perhaps 1-2 minutes thus no sleep interruption. I am using it to monitor pulse and oxygen levels to help understand the frequency (pulse spikes) and possible cause (O2 levels?) of leg cramps. Overall, I am very happy with it. The device does not replace a full medical study, it is for information.

Reliable and accurate!! 💙👍🏻🩺🏃🏻♀️
I needed a reliable oximeter to record my oxygen levels during spot checks and during the night and I found it.This little gadget is as accurate as it gets (see pics taken during a doctor’s visit). It’s super easy to set up and comes with an app, that you can download for free. You don’t need to keep the phone/app on over night or during checks, you can just record and download everything later.Another huge plus is that the app creates a report that you then can share with your doctor to discuss if there might be a need for further testing done by a medical professional. Or you can just share it with your friends or trainer, while working out, to find ways to optimize your heart rate during training.I love that it alarms you, when your oxygen rate is below 88 ( you can change that number) and that the rubber velcro stays on during the night. If it does fall off, no worries neither, it happened when I was tossing and turning too much and I just set it back on my finger and the recording kept going. The missing time was automatically cut out so the report was accurate. The only thing I was missing was a case, so I could attach it to my backpack. But when I got the oximeter, there was a 50% off coupon for the case in the instruction manual, that you could get through an email.I love the oximeter and the case. Great purchase. Also, I’m not sure if that was a mistake, but I received 4 batteries with my oximeter. It only takes two, so I’d consider this an extra win. 🥰
