I purchased this for one of my sons. The cushion around the neck is very soft and think. He grinned the moment he got it adjusted around his neck.

Quality control issues
Strap seems nice and adjustable. The fabric seems like decent quality. But the issue is on a side that touches your neck it seems like it was cut with a hot knives making the material hard and kind of sharp which presses into your neck.
