I love everything bagels. Too much in fact. Decided that I had to cut down on the carbs so my daily bagel had to go. But I really enjoy the garlic and onion seasoning on the everything bagels. I got this to put on my eggs or any other food that's low carb and high protein to give me some of that everything bagel flavor and smell. It tastes great on whatever I put it on.And to make it even better, with all the garlic in it you won't have to worry about vampires. :-)
