As expected
I wanted a 220v heater and found this one at a reasonable price. I am pleased with it. Before you order make sure you have a nema 6-30R receptacle ready to plug it into it. this is the big 2.15" plug. It will warm a fairly large space. with the temperature in the 20's and 30's outside it steadily raises the temperature inside. much better than 2 1500watt electric heaters, and cost less doing it. there is however a draw back and it may not be overly important to you depending where you're putting it, but its pretty loud. not a rattly loud, a solid whir. like an industrial quality blower or something. this little unit seems rock solid. the remote controls are kind of odd, but simple enough to operate once you read the included instructions. so to sum up it puts out decent heat but it doesn't work miracles

This is a good little heater
I have a loft apartment remodeled in an old wear house. It has amazing natural light with tons of windows, I love it, but it's hard to keep it warm in here, in those winter months. Last year I had 3 1500w heaters running at all time and froze to death! I did not want to do that again! So this year I had my landlord install a 240v 30amp plug so I could hang this bad boy up. It hasn't really got super cold yet, but the few times I have cut it on, it takes the chill out of the air in about 5 mins, I'm very impressed with the heat output on it so far. It's a little noisy, but it's a garage heater, I kind of expected it to be! I just turn the TV up lol*****UPDATE*****I've made it through December and I'm now in January, just a couple days from being into February, with this heater! It's really great! I absolutely love it! I can get my apartment up to 90 degrees with this little baby! We have had snow, and blistering cold temperatures in the 20's with wind chills in the teens, and my apartment feel like summer! I could NOT make this happen with a 1500 watt heater! I run this heater, ALL the time, and it does such a great job!

Electric Garage Heater
This is a 240 volt garage heater I thought it would produce more heat but it does heat up my garage fairly good it does take awhile but I don’t think you would overheat in the garage with this heater

Decent heat, but horrible thermostat makes this heater unusable
I'll start off by saying that this heater does a decent job of producing heat and does so with a reasonable amount of noise. With that said, the thermostat on this heater is absolutely horrible. The thermostat registers approximately the correct temperature of the room upon a cold start up, but once the heater gets going, the residual heat begins to heat up the thermostat itself and the temp read-out on the display is significantly higher than the actual room. For example, I turned the thermostat to its highest setting of 99 degrees in a 70 degree garage. Before the temperature was able to climb 1 degree (measured using a trusted thermometer I have), the read-out on the heater showed 90 degrees. After this experience, I think I'll be going to route of a hard-wired heater that I can connect to an external thermostat.

Cant beat it for the price. Does what its supposed to.
I have an insulated attached garage with a nice insulated door. This thing will keep it toasty warm. It will take my insulated garage from 48 to 68 in about 40 minutes then run on and off to maintain. I ceiling hung mine s the temp sensor picks up the temp above the working area. I set min 5 degrees higher then desired. Once it has cycled a few times I typically turn it off till it feels chilly. It is not the quietest, but definitely not overwhelmingly loud.

Good Heater
The heater works well. the fan is a bit loud and theirs a rattle that i will need to find. For what i paid for the unit i feel it's worth the money.

It works great I'm my basement
Works great for my basement and it's not a nice finished basement either but block walls and the old single pane windows keeps it decently warm

Best Bang for the Buck
This heater provides a lot of heat output. Used for an exterior tile project, where we had to tarp off an area with a temporary enclosure and heat the area to stay warm while our crew worked. This heater was far and away the winner, as we had to use 4 total areas to heat a large area. Other heaters consistently kept shutting off or running out of propane constantly. This heater being electric is a huge advantage. Will be using this one for a long time. I recommend this heater.
