It's a quality product and the office staff loves it. It really works, because the ripples keep your hands away from the heat of the coffee.

I purchased these for our congregations Christmas party to use for our hot chocolate bar. They are the perfect size to hold the hot chocolate mix from Nestle. They also kept the children from adding too much whipped cream and toppings , preventing waste and mess. Well insulated so no one burned their hand . They did arrive in stacks where the individual cup was hard to remove for children and elderly but I simply went through the stack and twisted each cup off and remade the stacks . Added bonus was the size of the cup fit under spigot of our hot water dispenser , so the dispenser could stay on table instead of hanging over edge of table.

Used these for a recent party and I absolutely loved them! First of all, they aren't so big that people overfill and waste. The craft ripples feel nice in your hand and they are wonderful for hot or cold beverages. My guests refilled them and they held up very well. I will definitely purchase these again.

Having the corrugated exterior allows one to handle hot drinks without a zarf. They worked well with both hot and cold drinks. They do not get soggy or leak. Some reviews complained that the cups stick together and are hard to separate. That is true to an extent. They do stick a bit. We found it best to make sure they were all free when we put a new sleeve out for use. It only takes a few seconds to free up a full sleeve. This was a very minor inconvenience. All in all the cups work well. The guests at our fundraiser seemed to like them. We will resupply for next years events using the same cups. The bonus is that they will biodegrade.

Perfect size, sturdy, long lasting, so cute! I bought 450 of these for a ladies weekend conference where I'd wanted a 'little something extra' instead of using plain styrofoam coffee cups. I bought the 10-ounce size hoping they'd be neither too small or too large. I loved them. The ladies loved them. They were sturdy, kept our hands from getting scorched, didn't leak, and looked attractive on our table. We got many comments on how nice everything looked. They did want to stick together just a little bit - a very little bit - but that didn't deter anyone from using them (we had sort of fluffed them a little bit, but not much - and I might also add that our clear plastic cups for iced beverages from a big name manufacturer did stick together quite a lot more, so the hot cups tight fit was nothing in comparison). I deal with food service quite a lot, and intend to keep this product resource in my coffer of supplies. I will be buying them again.

These cups are great for service hot coffee in. Coffee stays hot, but doesn't burn the hands.
